Ms. O'Neal went above and beyond to help me with my recent banking dilemma. She patiently took the time to listen and take every necessary action over a course of two visits to help me. The rest of the staff was warm and welcoming.

IM SO CONFUSED BY THESE REVIEWS I WALKED INTI PNC BANK AND WAS INSTANTLY GREETED AND ALTHOUGH I MAY HAVE WAITED THE STAFF WAS ATTENDING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WAS ELDERLY AND NEED MUCH HELP I OBSERVED THERE KINDNESS AND ATTENTION TO THE LADY AS I WAITED MY TURN MRS.JACKIE SOON ASSISTED ME AND WORKED EFFORTLESSLY TO GET MY ACCOUNT OPEN SAME DAY RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING EVERYONE WAS NICE FROM START TO FINISH. IM GLAD TO BE ON BOARD AND THANX MRS.JACKIE

I came as a walk in client with no appointments. I was signed in by the concierge and was serviced by Tara O'neal. She was very accommodating and has excellent customer service skills! One of the best banking experiences i have ever had. Pnc is lucky to have her. She is very understanding with my situation. She set me up for a new account and i got my debit and credit card on the same day! The transaction was smooth. She stayed beyond the banking hours today just to help me and i am very grateful. I highly recommend this branch and Tara as your go to banking experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional bank I’ve ever been too. Date was 12/22/2022 recent. The lady I went to.. to make a payment had no idea what to do. I told her to call a number I was told to call. She didn’t. She told me my account was locked and didn’t know how to unlock. Nor asked someone how to unlock. Just said she couldn’t. Name was Yvette or Yvonne. I asked to speak to a manager. They said there wasn’t one available without even going to ask. Just straight told me that. I left and called pnc to let them know what happened. They told me to put the them on the phone. Joseline that was on the call speaking to someone else I forgot her name that’s a teller as well there started arguing with me and the lady on the phone of pnc. Yvonne or Yvette as well did. She was the worst one and extremely unprofessional I couldn’t believe it. I don’t recommend to ever go to this bank. Go to the other one in 3815 Broadway st. It’s a little further but they’re extremely nice and super helpful! The teller at the other bank who didn’t know how to unlock the account either called the number I gave him. They sent him directions. I paid my payment and everything was smooth. It wasn’t anything hard to do. Those people specially Yvette was terrible. Starts arguing and telling me things and the other woman as well teaming up saying things. If you don’t know what you’re doing do not be taking payments from anyone or don’t work at a bank! I’ve been in finance and done accounting. NEVER HAVE I EVER acted this way when I didn’t know what to do. You ask, and you try to solve it. Not just say “I don’t know“ and tell people they can’t make a payment at a bank!? I even got told that my account with pnc wasn’t there anymore from her. When it wasn’t even true. She was stating things without even knowing. Extremely clueless and super rude. SAVE YOUR TRIP AND GO TO THE OTHER PNC. They don’t know what they’re doing and shouldn’t be taking big payments. They don’t know how to handle it. WORST BANK TO GO TO GOES HERE. Specially for the 2 tellers to argue with me and the lady on the phone of pnc. Extremely rude and super unprofessional. Don’t work there if you don’t know how to take payments or what to do. Specially not to know how to solve problems or ask someone.. this place has terrible reviews for a reason and why people rather Bank at other places. Y’all are pushing money away having unprofessional people there and all the bad reviews and giving people bad experiences!! Fix the problem. I filed a complaint and so did the lady on the phone. This has to stop. I literally left this bank crying. They’re bullies and are extremely rude.

BOTH drive through ATMs broken. I went inside to use indoor machine & the woman at the desk just waved me to the teller. All I asked was " Where us the ATM?" ? Couldn't she have SPOKEN to me??BTW...WHAT us her job anyway???

The blonde teller needs to fired! She definitely doesn't understand customer privacy! Blurting out account balances over the pa system in motorbank. Then asked me to repeat my account number over the system. She needs to work in an assembly line where parts just need to fit or discard. Hats off to the senorita that completed my transaction inside who actually understands banking and not try to just see black and white numbers on/customers name on the screen as well as knows the value of a customer. It's been two incidents that this particular teller could not identify the branch routing number!

I had to file a formal complaint with the corporate office due to the continued abusive and poor service by a certain employee. This branch has always had rude tellers. The good ones don't last long.
