This pnc bank was awesome!!! This was my 1st visit (just moved here) I was so impressed with the service I received. They were friendly, prompt and professional.

Ms. O'Neal went above and beyond to help me with my recent banking dilemma. She patiently took the time to listen and take every necessary action over a course of two visits to help me. The rest of the staff was warm and welcoming.

BOTH drive through ATMs broken. I went inside to use indoor machine & the woman at the desk just waved me to the teller. All I asked was " Where us the ATM?" ? Couldn't she have SPOKEN to me??BTW...WHAT us her job anyway???
