Our pizza was left upside down at our front door. When you call the store to discuss, it rings about 30 times and disconnects. Will never come here again.

Came here once to try a different chain, store seemed dingy - service was lacking to say the least - no one could be bothered with waiting customers, no sense or urgency or care for service or quality.MThe food itself was better than expected, usually sad depressing service means sad depressing good.

I ordered my pizza through the Pizza Hut app and the app indicated that my order was ready; only for me to get to the store and find out they haven’t started. The attitude of the employees was really nonchalant! I rarely eat fast food and my visit to Pizza Hut confirmed why!!

I ordered a pizza on 12/5. It was clearly very old like it had been sitting out all day dried out with no sauce , clicked the curbside button waited 10 mins no one came out so had to go in to get pizza aswell.

Last couple of orders have been terrible.Order 1 (curbside, because I wasn't feeling well): Arrived 10 minutes after the time it should have been ready. Checked in. Sat in my truck for over 20 minutes. One customer came in during that time. Also watched one of the 4 workers make a Starbucks run. Finally went in and had to flag one of the workers down who was joking and laughing with his colleagues. When I told him my name, he pulled my order out of a warming over. When I told him I had checked over 20 minutes ago, he said that had been in the middle of a rush.Order 2 (delivery): Arrived 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time (total time 1 1/2 hours). One of the pizzas was ice cold.

Food is complete trash. Service is clearly equally trash. Why even box this and send this out? A pizza with no cheese or sauce just putting out anything. Where’s Keith Lee for these CHAIN restaurants when you need him.

6:03pm: Ordered from PizzaHut.com6:50pm: Received text from PizzaHut stating that DoorDash was contracted to deliver the pizza because they had no drivers available 7:32pm: Received text DoorDash driver picked it up7:35pm: Called store to complain - not resolved 7:45pm: DoorDash delivered pizzaBottom line: Order at your own risk or be ready for cold stale pizza.

Pickup was less than it could have been. Called to update order and was told it was not there. I was calling to change order to delivery to my car instead of pickup. When the man finally found my order he was reluctant to bring it to me. I apologized about the mistake and I was once again berated for not choosing the correct pickup method.Parking: Would help to have a drive through.

Picked up a pizza after waiting 30 minutes OVER the estimated pickup time. Got it home and it tasted a week old. Called the store, and the manager said my pizza would be remade in 30 MINUTES, I gave them 45. My one topping pizza ended up taking 3 hours to get right. Meanwhile the “hard workers” (as the manager called them) were enjoying pizza in the back.

Please be careful ordering from here over the phone. Unfortunately they have some very questionable employees and possibly a supervisor. I definitely want be ordering from here again. Multiple times I tried to order a medium meat lovers pizza online. However, was unsuccessful and kept receiving an error message stating “ Something went wrong and the item you selected wasn’t added to your cart. Please try again”. So I called Pizza Hut at 2:24pm. I spoke with Kayla who took my order and card information that she started to repeat out loud. Until I asked her was she really going to say my card out loud in front of customers. Her response was “there’s no customers here and we have your order. Your pizza will be delivered in 25-35 minutes”. At three o’clock the delivery driver Joshua Jones delivered my pizza and informed me it was unpaid for. I then called the store to confirm and inform them that I spoke to Kayla and provided my card information. I was then informed the manger would call me back. At 3:04pm MJ the manger called me and informed me by payment was unsuccessful and the the employee who took my order should have called me back to process my payment again but I can pay in cash or on the phone now. I than explained to MJ that’s not possible, I don’t have cash and that I gave my card information to Kayla which the receipt stated. He than asked the Kayla did she take my card information over the phone and she said “no”. At that time I asked MJ to run his cameras back to 2:24pm when I placed the phone order and he would hear her repeating the first four digits of my card. Because she’s clearly lying and her behavior sounds very suspect. His only response was that she’s new. New or not her customer service is subpar, and her lying to ger supervisor is very unprofessional and should be be grounds to termination. Because it’s definitely giving possible credit card fraud.
