Staff is always friendly and courteous. The prices are reasonable and most importantly my dog absolutely loves his spa day.

This place is a "hood" salon. They will charge you even if you cancel appt. I'm disputing charges. Major ripoff. Never get the services paid for. Also their secretary hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unfair. They never clean my pups ears or brush their teeth even though I pay extra!!!! Stay far away!!!! Haircuts aren't great either, super choppy and my pups have been cut multiple times, especially around the ears!!! I'll post pics of the black gunk found in pups ear after grooming!!!

I brought my Yorkie in to get groomed& cut on Wednesday & she looks awful. Her body is fine as the same clipper size was used all over but where they used scissors on her head is terrible. It’s longer on 1 side than the other, her top not is shorter than discussed & there was a really long piece left on 1 ear. I paid $25 extra for the spa Pkg & her nails are all unevenly painted, some of them are only painted @ the base & not the tip where you can see it. I was told @ drop off to pick out a designer scarf & wasn’t told till I picked her up that they were out of the 1 I picked & was told when I made appt that I’d get to pick out her fragrance but they put something on her that was so loud & smelled horrible. I paid $122 to have her groomed & $25 was for the spa Pkg that I only got because of the scarf & nail painting that didn’t turn out as planned. When I made the appt I was told it’d be $115. I questioned the extra charge @ checkout & she said it was tax. I’m a hairstylist & It’s not legal to charge tax on services.

I brought my dog here a week ago to get groomed. While the front desk staff was very nice and friendly, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I got the bath package w/haircut and additional nail trim package. This is how my dog was groomed. They also cut her on her stomach and did not tell me. Extremely disappointed.
Update: Just got a call from I’m assuming the manager. She didn’t introduce herself and then went into how they had no idea my dog was cut. Then explained I should have said something before leaving a review. That they wanted to fix it. I’m sorry, telling me I shouldn’t have left a review cancels any type of positive conversation. Don’t call to tell me I shouldn’t have said exactly what happened to my dog. LOOK at her stomach. Look at the poor job done and then ask yourself why you allow someone’s dog to leave that way.

This is the worst of the worst pet grooming place l have ever gone. I will never take my dog there again. The manager is so rude and money hungry. I tried to talk to him about his behavior because l did not agree how he was talking to me. He said which l didnot hung up in his face so l apologized, but he did not apologize for telling me What's $25.00cancelation fee? That was rude. He does not know my situation. I was trying my best to do the best for my dog and he was being very nasty. I will never take my dog there again. He doesn't really care about being nice to people just as long as he gets money.I went back to pick up my dog Loki and the manager apologized., but sometimes your first impression is your last impression..Now you are lying again. The groomer did not say he bit her. She said he snapped at her. You see why your business is not a good place to go. You also lie s on the customer. If you hurt me while doing my nails l will snap at you too! Snapping and biting is two different things. Tell the truth. You even said that if my dog bit someone you would have to charge more money and you did not and you did not say that. Again the groomer said he snapped at her. I also told you that you could put a muzzle on her if you needed to but you didnot.my dog did not bite anyone. Show proof. Therre is no proof.
