Terrible super hot,dirty,and over priced for trash washers and dryers. That fat dude is rude and just a miserable soul. Very dark energy in this place and the bathroom smells so bad it made me gag and the toilet wouldn't flush. Don't recommend.

Great Quality Washing Machines. So far so good. They are reasonably priced and dryers operate well.

Too expensive for the dryers it doesn't even dry well and if you add money and only gives you 3 minutes extra it's not worth my time a dollar for 14 minutes is not worth it and then I put a load in when I got there not realizing the washer was still going and I had already been there over an hour and a half I called them they show up in like 20 minutes I don't even apologize or try and credit my time I will not come here again

Another common service in the USA, in the city where I live, you can leave the clothes washing, leave and come back an hour later and the clothes will be there, no one touches them

I have had too many issues with this unclean and disgusted place to do my laundry. The attendants who are a Hispanic mother and son, are not friendly especially the Hispanic man is always rude to me and uses profanity on a constant basis. I am not coming back to this washateria but I will have to learn how to work mobile app using my apartment's laundry room. The Hispanic male attendant has verbally abused me too long and has blamed me for every little mistake that I did not do. I would not recommend anyone go to this washateria because this place is filthy, unclean, and dirty with no air conditioner and extremely rude attendants who enjoys discriminating me and other people. Also, the prices are expensive depending on the sizes of washers and I should only be paying less for drying clothes. It is worthless to pay $1.00 per 14 minutes for drying clothes which usually takes 30 to 45 minutes to dry clothes.

This place needs to be cleaned. Some of the washers were out of order. You pay a dollar for the dryers that only dry 14 minutes if you add another quarter it will only give you 3 more minutes per additional quarter.

Very hot! No attendant! Charge $1 for 10 minutes of drying time. You have to add .25 cent for 2.5 min. The dryer accepted the .25 cent and didn't extend my time. My stuff was still damp after spending at least $1.75. If you charge that much for a dryer at least make sure the dryer works!!!!

I came to this washateria and no one was available to ask questions. The machines had a bad odor in them. The place was unclean!!!!! This business has alot to be desired. This is my first and last time coming!!!!

Personally speaking, the human being that was assumably in charge yesterday afternoon at this business was expressing Obscenities and being verbally disrespectful to my Mother and myself. The cleanliness of the establishment was not very good either, I will not be returning to this location again. The owner of this place needs to consider hiring a new employee because the person that they currently have employed leaves a lot to be desired as a decent person and will eventually continue to drive away customers with his nasty attitude towards the patrons.

This place is very run down. The machines dont properly work. The a/c doesn't work. The manager and her son dont do anything to fix this place up and blame customers for their improper maintenance. There have been many times when this places stinks like raw sewage. The only reason why I come here is because it's the only decent place close by. The rats wont even live here because it's so bad.

If zero stars could be given I would! The place smells and is falling apart. Come prepared to wipe down your own washer and dryer. I’m not sure where the money goes cause the machines are falling apart and some just take your money.The prices you can just use wash apps where they pick up your clothes and drop them off.

There wasn't anyone in the office even though sign said open. I spent $7.25 on of the large machines. It started washing and it stopped completely. I had to move the items to another machine and that cost me $2.25. Then I used the dryers for my other clothing. The sign clearly states $1.00, the first machine, no problem the second machine indicated it needed more money. I put in$2.00 or more, lost count of quarters. I moved the items to another machine and it worked fine. I sure would like my money back. I believed the previous reviews. Notcoming back. Wish I could take a picture of dryer. It shows 64, that's quarters ? ?

SCAM!!!! They have a sign on the door that says they charge a $10 cleaning fee to clean machines if you wash/dry pet items. I was gladly prepared to pay. I washed my items then the guy didn’t let me dry saying people dry kids clothes there etc but yet failed to mention that when he clearly saw me loading the dryer! Yet they still charged the cleaning of the washing machine which I did myself. Wiped it down took fluff out etc. This place is a rip off.

Zero out of 5 stars, can’t post a review with 0 stars! This laundromat was definitely not as described in many of the reviews. It was FILTHY, hotter inside than outside & it was 80 outside. There are oscillating fans on the walls but only a couple worked, & the ceiling fans were the same. Half of the washers & dryers were broken… I don’t know why this place was so busy other than it was a Saturday… I only went because my washing machine broke. The washers that were available had so much built up old powdered and liquid detergent in them I was afraid to use them some of them even had standing liquid and powder gunk in them. The floor was filthy the bathroom was even worse. There was no one there as an attendant I will never go back there again. The Friendswood laundromat down 518 towards Stevenson Park is small but it was 100 times better… They have some reviews from years ago that are bad so I don’t know if it’s been bought out but it was definitely a wide-eyed improvement over the Pearland laundromat.
