My experience here was great! I needed to send something quick, and with a tracking number. Beau was very kind and helpful, was able to give me all carrier and price options so I could pick the quickest, cheapest method that would work for me and provided a receipt with tracking information. Very professional and efficient. I will utilize their services for any other mailing needs and highly recommend!

The whole reason I wrote the initial review was the way my mail was processed was incorrect. I Read another review with issues with certified mail ?.. Imagine the post office calling you and letting you know there is an issue with your package. After having to open a case with the post office after 30 days the post office has declared my package to the IRS LOST. I have had packages lost and found. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE BEAU/BO he said the store does not give out and or don’t have certificated slips. So again why was I charged!! EVEN THE POST OFFICE THEMSELVES COULD NOT ARTICULATE WHAT THIS LOCATION IS DOING AND IS NOT STOCKED WITH WHAT IS NEEDED. I told them they are looking for a priority package with priority stamps marked as certified mail. I highly leave this trash ? location alone. Not only did my important mail to the IRS disappear but was charged 22 more cents for a stamp. Nothing about this location is right . AND I HONESTLY Don’t NEED A RESPONSE OR SORRY APOLOGY. I have heard from y’all on 3 different occasions there is nothing this company can do or say.. just glad I’ll be getting my money back at the bare minimum
I don’t know why you need to clarify you over promised and under delivered. Sent out a package before I was satisfied.. AND IM JUST INFORMING PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH AFFORDABLE SERVICES AND HAVE ALL USPS DOCUMENTATION. Also work on training of your employees and also work on empathy. Never once I have heard an apology just blah
Blah. I will take my grievances up with my bank and get the money from the company that didn’t do as promised..

I paid for the notary’s signature and he over looked a page when I went back to get it signed he was rude and refused to even let me explain what I was trying to say! Trashy customer service!

Loved my service. You might think to go across the street to the US Postal Office….but think again these guys are great and family-owned. You can bet that you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Great atmosphere!!! Great service!!!I was totally new to mail but they walked me through the process for something important I needed mailed out. Please stop by and support these people.Small businesses help everyone and this community needs them around!!!

On 11/28/22, I went in to get a letter for 2-day delivery. I used this business because it was next to Kroger where I needed to shop. The worker looked up the various options and said the cheapest way was for $44! I was shocked but really needed to get the out-of-state letter to the receiver. So I paid the money. The letter wasn't received for over 9 days. I went back in to get a refund and was promptly told I had to check with USPS for a refund. They simple said go on the USPS website and "maybe you'll find something." So I went online to get the refund and it was promptly denied!! Ironically the denial amount was $21.59 which means this business doubled the price of the USPS and didn't deliver as promised. Now I have to fight with USPS. The whole encounter really smells from the initial research (incompetency) for the best mailing means, to the lack of business integrity for refunding a guaranteed service and not standing behind a product. I was ripped off for $44. Although I appreciate the challenges of a small business, I'd highly recommend avoiding this company

Where do I even start? I found Postal Plus right after I moved back to Texas in July 2020 and the service and owners were nothing but excellent!!!! My little friend, A (I could never pronounce her name so she was always A to me) was always a pleasure to work with and so was Moe. They were always so helpful and their professionalism was always the very best. The only reason I am no longer with them is because I've relocatedto Florida but if I ever return to Texas, I will certainly seek their services again. They really did take great care of me. They are what a business should always be!!!!! Bye for now guys and keep up the great work.❤❤
