Horrible billing experience. I have been fighting since may regarding a visit and how it was coded. Great doctors but the staff does not want to help according to insurance and lab. They do not care how you are billed or how the lab bills you per their coding. Very disappointed as I don’t feel advocated for. Dr Mensa however was amazing and I truly enjoyed being her patient.

The staff is terrible. I drove an hour and a half to this office only for the doctor to leave. I was in a traffic jam. The receptionist told me 15 15-minute grace period, which I was not aware of. I received my test results but now the doctor doesn't want to treat me without me coming in or sending a prescription without paying a copayment. This is still part of the original office visit that was already paid for. They want to charge me a co-payment for my results.
