I called Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Wednesday morning. They didn't show up. They don't answer the phone. Their voicemail is full. They don't return texts.The only good thing I can say about them is they didn't screw up my vehicles.

We contacted Mirror Finish and set an appointment up for them to come and remove concrete off of our vehicle. They were to arrive between 2:30-3 and we never heard from them. After numerous attempts of trying to reach them, they finally started pushing us strait to voicemail.

The professionalism and quality of work has the be the best you will experience. I don't know what kind of soap they used but my car was glowing better than I did on the show room floor. Best car detailing EVER and it didn't hurt that the guys detailed with a smile!

I had both of my cars detailed today by this awesome company. Both of my cars look brand new. They did not miss one detail in making me cars gorgeous. They let me know when they would be arriving and were great about confirming and reminding me of my appointment. I will be having them out on a regular basis to keep my vehicles in great shape. I highly recommend this company. Very nice young men.

My husband contacted this company to detail my Dodge Grand Caravan because I had been hauling our four dogs every where I went post flood (while living in a hotel for seven weeks). I was convinced the dog hair was never coming up. It took four hours but my van looks brand new! I am beyond impressed with the work these guys did!!

These guys did beyond expectations they gave me that new car look back. I went to a detail shop before calling on Mirror finish and they put swirl marks in my finish paint. Thank god for Mirror finish they gave me my baby back she looks like a brand new paint job. Found my detailing company for all my cars and trucks. I highly recommend!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for today. Waited and planned my day around the appointment but never heard from them. Finally emailed and found out they needed to cancel. They said they called but didn't leave a message. Never emailed to cancel. Extremely unprofessional!

Al and Shorty did a phenomenal job on my Toyota 4Runner today. They were extremely detailed, quick and professional, my car looks fantastic.The convenience of the service is wonderful and the cherry on top is the excellent job that they do! I will definitely use them again!

I am absolutely thrilled with what the two guys, Al and Shorty, that Mirror Finish sent did to the interior of my car. They were incredibly professional, on time and exceeded my expectations on every level. I hope the manager reads this and relay to them that they are doing an awesome job. Thank you Al and Shorty! You guys are true professionals in every sense of the word.

Called and made an appointment at noon for same day service. What? They arrived as promised at 430. It took three guys two hours. They were courteous and hard working. I have no hesitation to recommend these gentlemen. My car looks and smells fresh and clean. I ordered the platinum package and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

These guys did an amazing job. Had a company come out Tuesday and did a half a*s job & this company came out to fix it and I was amazied at how awesome my SUV looks now. I will be definitely recommending them to everyone I know & using them again

Words cannot express how happy I am with the work these guys did. I had my car detailed on Tuesday which was only two days before and that guy did a really half a** job. Called cardetailing.com and they sent out these guys to fix the job and they did. Not only were they polite they were fast, they tried to apologize for being late which they weren't because the window time of their arrival was between 10 and 12. They even respected my weird request to not wash part of the inside of my windshield. I was so happy with their work I even called their boss on the spot and told him how happy I am with their work. I will definitely be referring them to as many people as I can and using them again. My car looks brand new and I am beyond happy about it! My kids will never be allowed to eat of drink in my car again but when I need it detailed again I know who to call. Thank you Mirror mobile finish car detailing!!

Let me first start off by saying that the guys did a great job on our van. Very detailed and clean. If it was just that alone I would rate it a 5. I rated them very poorly because they were over an hour late. I didn't even get a call or text to say they were running behind. I called asking if they were still on their way and the manager or owner answered and said yes. No apology, explanation or anything. When they got there they asked for my keys, we went to church while they cleaned the vehicle. Once finished I got back and paid them.... This was a new vehicle and they had washed or removed the temp tags on the vehicle. As well as broke the key where you can press it to open. They even put the battery on backwards. So they knew they broke it and none of them reported it to us. I called their management just to know if they had the tag in their trash as well as the back of the key. He said he will contact them and call me back. I even texted pictures and followed up with him. No response. Later he texted and said he had a family emergency and will call me the next day. Still no response. The lack of integrity from the men that worked on the vehicle as well as the unconcern from management is why I gave this company a low rating. I will not be a repeat customer. I'm assuming my van wasn't new enough or fancy enough to be treated with the same respect as the vehicles pictured in their Yelp page.
