I highly recommend this location. Darron was the young man that helped me. He was very attentive to my every need , assisted swiftly and served with excellence . Definitely going back again so he could help me with any other issues I may have with my vehicle.

Went to put breaks they wouldn't put on properly they squeaked went back they was supposed to have fixed it it still squeaks and they only had one mechanic they need someone that can put breaks on I fell the guy they had didn't know what he was doing?need more mechanics

Brought in car because of a nail in tire and was told they were full and would not be able to get to me today. Yet they have multiple open slots for tire repair!

I just finished my brakes for rear and rotors today. I highly recommend this location for any service regarding all they’re able to provide. Location 9605 Broadway. Also, Darren was a huge help! I really appreciate the awesome customer service he provided. Huge thumbs up!!

A review about a vehicle workshop isn't usually a great one. On rare occasions when the staff go above and beyond to get things done, it deserves to be mentioned.
I need to compliment J (yup, that's what she goes by - "J") on the excellent customer service I received. She was clear in communication, explained the pricing, and made accommodations when the repair was going to be delayed.
I went in to get a wheel alignment on my Honda Odyssey. I have a 5-yr alignment package that I purchased in 2020. I was told that the tie rods had reached the extent of their life and needed replacement. It would be an hour's worth of work. I decided to stay back. An hour later, one of the parts was still needed so now the time taken would be more. J offered an Uber ride so that I could get back home.
Regarding pricing, J did the best to give me a good price on the repair. In fact, she gave me a discount on the price. I had to replace the tires earlier that day and it had already burned a hole in my wallet.
Overall, I left the place a happy customer. I can't say that everyone's experience will always be the same, but I had a very good experience with this repair.

5/25/24 went for tires and brakes to Broadway location, customer service with Darron was stellar. He was informative, well spoken and flexible. Nice to know some people still have that skill!

I hate to leave bad reviews as this was my to go place for years but that changed rapidly over the last few months , i had a horrible experience getting my front end Alligment , i took my truck for an Alligment and they give it to me worse than what i was , i returned a second time after a few days and i even gave the guy a 50 dollar tip and brought a specs sheet from an Alligment they did 2 years ago wish was perfect , i asked him to use it as reference and adjust it the same way on the sheet wish they didn’t , now my brand new tires are all eaten up on the sides and you can tell with your eyes that the toe adjustment is way off , the wheels are all crooked facing inside on to the other one .
This place is a horrible shop , thanks for ruining my tires and making me waste time and money .
I will definitely get a lawyer involved .

I just moved down to Texas recently and came across NTB. I had such an amazing experience here. The manager Daaron was so awesome and helpful! Got my car in and out for an alignment and it feels 10x better. Come here for all your mechanical needs. Very happy with the customer service I got and the car maintenance. Trust you’ll leave satisfied with the service!
