The service and customer service was 5 stars. The day I went in they were down to one technician which made service slow. But the tire was finished in the amount of time they estimated. Very pleasant experience. Thank you john for keeping us up to date with the status of our car.

Ist time visiting this location. I was very impressed with how I was greeted very nice. The person was very prompt and helpful. I also could here another worker on the phone assisting a very difficult client. She maintained her professional demeanor and took her time to try and accommodate the person. She never raised her voice. I am very glad I brought my car here and I am sure I will be back.
Would recommend to my family and friends.

Take to long for a simple tire change spent more than an hour for then to swap worst place to go when on a hurry

I had an emergency situation yesterday morning on my way to the airport. Turns out I had a nail in my front tire. Nelli got my car in immediately (in front of a person who had already been waiting). The entire staff was so professional and kind. I will recommend NTB to everyone I know. Thank you for going above and beyond for me.

John was very helpful in making sure NTB honored my pro-rated rebate despite me already getting my replacement at another vendor. He worked with corporate to make sure he could accommodate. I am very appreciative of his efforts and will continue to use NTB for battery service, as I have for many years.
