Customer service was good starting off, but after 5 months the unit died and I was out of luck because of the expiration of the 90 day warranty. ☹️

I took my Epson projector in after being advised by Epson customer service that I may have a connector problem with the back of the projector. NPV diagnosed it as a cable issue while I watched and fixed me up with the appropriate cable. Incredibly friendly and rare honesty and customer care. I will never go anywhere else!
