Great customer service. I had an appointment but I got their early and they took me 1/2 hour early! Answered all my questions and took care of my needs very quickly and efficiently too!!

One teller for a line of twenty people. Avoid going inside at all costs. Clearly understaffed.

Though I am not a fan of large banks, the staff here are fairly polite. I have never experienced a problem. The reason for only three stars is that they close at 4PM, which is inconvenient. It is difficult for many to bank between the hours of 9 and 4.
