We had been looking for our dream house of a small property. Miguel was very professional and polite during our entire process. He communicated with me through out the entire process making sure we had no questions or concerns, and when times got disheartening he didn't loose hope and found a way with the seller and worked his magic for sure. I believe the seller was willing to work with us because the realtor we had and how he handled all situations. Now even after closing he is still a call away and always willing to answer any questions and help. I would recommend Miguel to any first time home buyer, investor, or even if this isn't your first time buying a house. Miguel is the Agent to go to!We had a while looking for our little house with a little father. Miguel was always very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. He always maintained communication and explained the process and what was next, making sure there were no questions or confusion. Even when the situation got difficult, he always knew how to help. The truth is that I feel that the sellers were so welcomed by the Agent who represented us. Excellent realtor, Miguel helped us throughout the process of getting our dream home. In this day and age the process is complicated because of how the market is, but Miguel guided and helped us through the whole process and made it seem so easy, even though it was frustrating at time for us, he always had the right attitude and would always help us alleviate the frustrations because he is so passionate about real state. At the end of the whole process he was able to get us a house under the asking price, which is unheard of in today’s house market. Miguel is amazing! My fiancé & I had been in a small apartment for 4 years ago that we moved into with the intention of only living there a year. So we have been looking to get out of our small apartment forever but we just couldn't do it. With our credit being rebuilt we just didn't think it was possible. Miguel reached out asking if he could help, I told him I didn't want to waste his time, he told me to at least give him a chance. Now we are in a house I couldn't have ever of even dreamed of.
