He gives me great prices on heartworm meds and allergy meds for my dogs. He is not about money, but instead has told me, "It shouldn't cost a fortune to own animals." He has an office right next to his house. He doesn't do anything but rabies and certain shots for small animals.

Easy to show up and get the preventative care/vaccines needed. I was informed they do not treat illness or injury for dogs, but wish they did because seems like they would do a great job. Got our pup his rabies vaccine, in and out in under 5 minutes and $10. Thanks and will be back when needed!

Staff very unprofessional. 3 months ago I Purchased 3 boxes of Trifexes (when I opened one box it only had 1 tablet in it-should've been 6). I called The office - she said this has happened before. I told her I no longer live in Manvel. I live 3 hours away. I came to Pearland yesterday. LM for someone to please return my call. No one called me back. Went by the office today. No one in the office but door was open. I called the office number & lady said she'd be right there. Was willing to sale me another box for 1/2 off. I spent over $130 per box. I told her this was not acceptable and I'd take my business elsewhere. Then I decided I'll purchase the box. She told me I'm not selling you anything- you can go to a small vet clinic to get your Trifexis. I told her - it was not necessary for her to be rude. She walked out of the office before I did and went back in the house. Really disappointing - very poor customer service!

Anne- whoever she is...that answers the phones is very rude, poor customer service and a poor first impression of Dr Davis. Dr Davis came highly recommended on Talk of Pearland, but I'll take my business elsewhere after that encounter. . Called to set up first visit. Anne must have been in a bad mood because she took it out on me, and well...that didn't end very well. Sure wish Dr.Davis was aware of her poor behavior!
