I got upgrade Dec 24, 2023 I tried to call customer service to pay my bill and my whole order has been changed and find out there's another byod iPhone on the account. The ladies at the store helped me get straightened out.

Came into the store asking about home internet, I had service with cricket for 4 years, the lady said I had to get a phone with metro to get the home Internet. So I asked the amount I would be paying and she said 200.00 for everything. I gave her my ID and she ran the card and started the activation process. Now I noticed she ran the card with the credit card machine not with the computer. 10 minutes and she said your all set. #1 she gave me a display box w a used gateway that had the wrong plug, #2 I received a text that said I was charged $132.11 not $200.00. #3 she did not explain the setup on the phone or gateway. #4 my account doesn't even have the correct name on it after I gave her my ID with all my. I don't even have the metro information with my account information on it. Had to go to another store just to get help. Not mention the phone number for the store doesn't work either.

Hasaan is the man, he helped me out for over an hour and I walked away with the new iphone pro max.. He got me the best deal and threw in a screen protector, very helpful and cool dude. Will be back to get my son a new phone. ??

My family and I have been a loyal customer of this Metro PCS store for many years and Issac was always receptive of our needs and always went above and beyond to assest us and the other customers when they came in, but we went into today 12/31/2021 to see Issac and shop for a new phone and were sorry to learn that Issac was no longer with Metro PCS and we were not treated the same as Issac treated us and we will take our future cell phone business elsewhere in the future.

I recently visited this location and explained my problem with scam calls. I was getting between 6 and 15 a day. Blocking them just seemed to cause more difficulties. The rep there advised me about Scam Shield, a free service. I asked that he load it for me - it is free. Since then I have not had one scam call. Great program, great service!

All i can say is something is not right with the people that works there,to be exact, employee ID: MOIZ which i know its probaby a cover up. I purchased a phone from there because my phone just went blank and tried to return it within 1 hour and they would not give my money back. Ive been with this company 10 years. I am a loyal customer, but after experiencing this kind of customer service today im no longer with Metro. We called customer service while we were there and customer service said its possible to return device but it was up to the dealer. The dealer did not want to give my money back, now im stuck with a phone that im not using. I am so glad i changed company because this is not good cutomer service. Policy returns should ALWAYS be explained to a customer before purchasing. He took advantage because i was in a rush. He also told me we could not pay with card he only take cash. Thats weird, i should have walked out then. Im writing this review ONLY for this particular authorized dealer! This location is making Metro look bad. Please if you are with Metro, please go to another Metro Authorized Dealer. There is no mercy here, they dont care about their customers they just act like they do just to get sales... And the real funny thing about this I went to a T Mobile place to get a phone and the worker there knows the employee from the Metro dealer store and said thats how they are over there, just rude.
