I was in the car when my uncle and cousin told me what had just happened at this MetroPCS and I was at a SHOCK! We had big bills to pay our phone bill, but they said they’d have no change and so my uncle asked how that can be and why there wouldn’t be a sign at the front informing customers. The male worker there was DESIPICABLE, giving an attitude, saying he doesn’t have to provide that. Well, when he said offered to pay anyway, the worker DENIED service and so my uncle instead turned to the female worker for assistance, but she stayed silent as she was probably intimidated by her coworker. He then told them to come back tomorrow. What is this abuse of power? Your staff is out of control! Dismissive & rude. You’ve lost a long-time customer as we WILL be switching to a different mobile plan! My uncle must’ve given them a mouthful I’m sure, but well-deserved after such treatment. We are working people! Treat people with kindness and do better as an establishment to be more inclusive monetarily!!

They are so helpful with my new phone and taking time to transfer my information from my old phone to new one and very happy with my upgrade and they are honest the manager there give her 5 stars

Its a Shame that I still have problems with this sales representative that changed all my information, gave my information to her brother to harass me, and she still working at this location okay now I have to get a police to escort me to make a report on this location so be very careful when you go there because she is a big thief and a big felon!!!!!
