THE WORST LOWES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! This is specifically for the pick up side as I paid for a generator that they did not want to release to me because I have a car. Their inside store associates said that they could load it into my car as I explained I have a sedan. All of the loaders outside (men & women) all had their hands on their waist doing nothing but standing there. When I approached them I asked them to load the generator in my car and one male associate explained to me that he will not load it in my car that I had to bring a truck. I looked over and saw that they had a lift gate they were using to load the generator and I asked him if I could have it released to me and I can load it in my own car but he still said no and did not want to give me merchandise that I PAID FOR! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had to deal with and as a loyal customer that I was I will no longer be providing them any of my business as I will be taking my business to HOME DEPOT!

Worst service if you are trying to buy a grill! I got to the store a little before 9:30pm I asked this guy Koji if he could sell me a grill and help me put on my SUV, first thing he says is we are closing , I said you have 30 min, so I asked if he could unscrew one side of the grill to fit on my car, he said no, that he couldn’t do it. I’ve bought many grills in home depot and never had a problem before.
Was very disappointed about Lowe’s , said to see they didn’t earn my business.

Best customer service!
Every time I go to purchase items for a repair, remodel etc., Randy approaches me to provide his expertise. I’ve installed a Tesla charger, fans, flooring, plumbing and Randy has been helpful finding all parts with his expertise. If there is an award for employee of the year Randy certainly earned it.

I would not recommend to buy a washing machine from here. I bought one for my new mobile home and I waited a week for it to come in and the day it was supposed to be delivered, they called me to tell me that they ran out of stock on those type. So I called the customer service to complain about it and demanded to speak to the manager about that. They put me on hold for a couple of minutes and they never responded back, called back again and told them that I demanded for you to put your manager on the phone now because I am tired of waiting. They put me on hold again and still no response. So again I called and the customer service recognized my number and hung up on me. I called back again because I thought we got disconnected, i heard the noises in the background before they hung up on me a second time. So I drove down there to complain about it and when I got to the store, I told them that I am the person you kept putting me on hold and you kept hanging up on. They’re faces immediately turned red and was shock that I came down there to complain. I told them that I want to speak to your manager now and they finally brought him in. I complained about the lousy customer service and the fact I bought a washer that wasn’t even in stock. The worst part is that the washer broke after barely a year of having it. It turned out they sold me a lemon and it broke so easily.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would because this place has rude and disrespectful customer service and employees that sell washers that know they are out and continue to sell them .

Lowe's has everything. Nice store. Bought all my bathroom renovation materials here. Love ? my new bathroom. It all came together for us. So happy.

It's just obscene how the prices are so unbelievably high!?
I understand it's the "times " we are living, but one can find bargains if you know when and where to look.
