Lane Bryant is a great store, no matter where you are, but this review is really about two employees of Lane Bryant, Kim and Kenya. I had rushed into town because of a relative who was in the hospital intensive care unit, and after about two days, I was needing fresh clothes and a bit of normalcy. Kenya and Kim were attentive, friendly and kind, and when I explained I needed to get back to the hospital, they helped me choose a few items quickly. Their sincere concern and kindness meant so much to me and I expressed my gratitude. I didn’t know just how much I needed a human connection that morning. As I left, they assured me that my family would be in their prayers and thoughts. What a difference they made in my day!
A week later I returned home to find a card from Lane Bryant. I thought it was a typical mailing, but was so surprised and touched by the hand written message inside from Kenya and Kym. I’ve covered the last names for privacy, but I sure hope that Lane Bryant takes notice of these two wonderful young women. Quality merchandise is important, but people like Kym and Kenya create customer loyalty just by being themselves. I’ll never forget how they made me feel that day.

This is the worst store on earth. Tell meWhy I had to come here 3 times because they messed up my order. I filed 3 complaints with customer service and about the assistant manager for her attitude. First they put all of my bras under the wrong size, then they sent me one bra through the mail that was the wrong size and the wrong bra (the warehouse fault). Then they don’t apologize for the inconvenience at the store and look at me like I’m wrong. Customer service has yet to do anything about this either. They are unorganized, unprofessional and I refuse to go back to this store or use this company ever again.

The staff is amazing at this store. Amy and the entire team are always so helpful.They take the time to listen to what you’re shopping for and provide ideas and assistance.I always feel comfortable shopping!

This location has the best sales reps ever! I was treated with kindness, sincere respect, and compassion by most wonderful person I have ever met at a Lane Bryant! She not only helped me find the right size but she also made me feel very good about myself and my purchases. Love this location and I will be back! Thank you so much.

The staff and selection at this location are far superior than the Baybrook Mall location. I'm always greeted and checked up on when I visit. The clothes have shifted in style to brighter colors and patterns that are not my style but as long as their selection of bras and basic pieces remain, I will continue to shop.

Is ok would of like it better if they had more youthfull plus size.. too much for older ladies.. way to much flowers in everything
