My experience with State Farm Insurance began in 1972 and it has remained excellent. Throughout the years, the agents have consistently been professional and polite in every respect when I needed their services. My most recent contact with State Farm was in August, 2024; whereby, Tamra Dunlap was the assisting agent who listened to my situation and explained how the issue could be resolved. Her professionalism was very reassuring to me. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the many other State Farm professionals who have assisted me and my family for over a generation.

I just happened to stop by Kyle Angelle State Farms office for a price quote. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful office as well as the best service a guest could ask for. Carlee Pace was my insurance representative. She was very professional, informative, and handled all my insurance needs
Not only did she offer me the best insurance options around... She also lowered my insurance costs. Needless to say, I'm back with my favorite insurance company. Carlee is absolutely wonderful. The process of switching was painless and stress free. Thank you so much, I'm so satisfied!

We have had a great experience with this agency over the last year. However, we recently had an issue with State Farm corporate that led to some frustration, but Carlee Pace was amazing. She patiently listened to the issue and was very proactive in dealing with the corporate side in helping us get a resolution and an answer, when all else seemed to fail. She kept us informed on the issue and was always very pleasant and professional. You really can't ask for much more. I am grateful we had her on our side.

I talked to Ms Carlee Pace yesterday about getting a quote for auto insurance.
She was able to get me the same coverage that I currently had, but considerable lower premium. That was a blessing. Ms Carlee was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Thanks Carlee.

Worst agent I have ever dealt with after decades of dealing with personal and commercial policies. We are 30+ year customers of State Farm and will be leaving, 100% due to this agency. They will leave you under covered and are extremely rude when you need them. Stay far away.
