This store is a joke and that's because it's being ran by a clown named Mark! I understand that it's Memorial Day Weekend and certain items are on ad but that doesn't give the excuse not to have product in stock. Time and time again I have gone into this store and it seems that there's less product going on the shelves, I have asked employees and vendors if certain items will be back in stock, is there a shortage or maybe things are being discontined and all I'm being told is that the Store Director Mark keeps cutting back on items and keeps refusing to let anything come in even if it's a holiday or even on ad. He would rather let this store look empty than to have it full at all.
Correct me if I'm wrong but if you're in charge of running a store aren't you supposed to make sure you have product in stock, give great customer service and the biggest one of them all, "MAKE MONEY"????
With all the out of stocks and the reasoning behind this, it's clear that this guy, Mark has no idea what he's doing and it's a shame that Kroger has allowed this guy to run a store at all. Pearland deserves better!

I would highly recommend if anyone is looking to order a cake for a special occasion.Please ask for Tammey King! She was super patient and very thoughtful about what I was trying to accomplish.I wish it was more employees like her.I am truly happy with my decision!

This Kroger is one of the worst ones I've been to. Their dessert selection for small slices is next to non-existent. Their deli is absolutely pathetic. I don't know who the deli manager is, but they aren't doing a very good job. Sometimes there's hardly even any deli food. They almost never have fried chicken. You're lucky to get a side from the deli too as most of the time, they have none. It's like the workers make 3-4 packages of food and then just sit and play the rest of the time. If you want to actually get the items you need, I'd highly recommend going to a different Kroger, because this one's level of incompetence is unacceptable.

03/24/2024 cullen /518 picked up a cake...So i Ordered a full sheet cake the last minute the Thursday b4. the baker was able to accomeadate my needs the cake was so so so moist and the whip cream icing was supper supper great. All adults party. everyone raved about the cake.

Purchased phone in error by elderly husband Went to the store 4 different times to get refund also spent 6 hours on the phone with numbers that Krogers gave me Customer service is horrible still in possession of $150 dollars worth of phone cards I will never use. Shame shame for taking advantage of elderly

I've been going to this store for many years and in the past it USED to have a very welcoming, friendly and positive environment from the moment you walk in. But ever since this new store director Mark came in, it seems all that positivity went down the drain. Now days it seems like he runs that store like a boot camp and he's the drill sargent. I've seen this guy throw temper tantrums like a 5 year old in the middle of the store while customers are around TWICE and even talk down to his employees in front of customers. This is very unprofessional and to add to this chaos, his co-manager Kenneth can't answer a simple question like "why is this store always out of product?" From frozen to dairy to grocery to the deli and even candy at the registers neither Kenneth or Mark can answer that! I did ask Mark back in January about a certain ice cream brand and all he told me was "If it's out, then it's out". He then walked away, I guess playing a game on his phone was more important. Bottom line is that I have taken my business and would rather spend my hard working money at HEB and Walmart.

The store is unbearably cold! It feels like you are in a meat locker. I have to make sure to wear warm clothing so I don't freeze to death, even the employees are bundled up. I should not be relieved to leave so I can go outside to warm up when it is 50 degrees outside. All the shopping carts are broke to some degree and rusted. It causes congestion right when you walk in because everyone is trying to find a basket that works. Then there is a stack of food or display every 3 ft down the aisles. You have to bob and weave or completely stop to let people pass. The display is not even needed, the shelf is fully stocked. The displays are usually full also because no one uses them. Most of the time, they are blocking the items I actually need. I feel like this is a huge safety/ fire hazard. It's definitely a miserable experience every time I have to go!

The pharmacy staff is always helpful, professional and pleasant. The store is always stocked and clean!

I believe the clerk used our card to put in an order on SHEIN dot com as we received an alert right after leaving the store. The clerk then proceeded to throw the credit card that we forgot at the register on the floor in Customer Service. When the manager went looking for it, he couldn't find it, and the clerk stated it's there on the floor. The manager then returned the credit card.This has been reported to corporate, the store manager Natalie, and the head Store Manager Mark. Since Mark did not sound like he cared we will take the thousand we spent there monthly to another business putting our money where our mouth is. Thank you to the good workers (as there are some, and we shopped there for about a year) but the service has decreased to a very low and desperate level.
