The pharmacist here is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, always had a big smile on her face, and treats you like an old friend. I prefer HEB over Kroger for groceries, but I'm definitely keeping this as my pharmacy.

I can't say thank you enough tp these kind employees at the pharmacy. I had to transfer my prescription from lazy Walgreens and these wonderful employees were so helpful. Got my meds in a timely manner. Never going to walgreens or the walgreens pharmacy again. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy Techs.

I have been trading here for over 10 years, but this year they started filling prescriptions 15 pills at a time. I asked why and they said to get my prescriptions so I could pick them up all together. I told them it wouldn't work; I had too many. So three different times they said they would take me off that program. I continued to get partial refills which I began to wonder if they were trying to make more money. Small quantities cost more. My insurance drug company is CVS Caremark so I decided to go there. Another reason was drive-thru pick up and a 24 hour pharmacy., Kroger's hours continue to be less and less and on Sunday they close at 5 PM. BUT TODAY: I am so glad I have changed my prescriptions!! I walked up to get a prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy, and stood at the outside window, sun beating down, for 15 - 20 minutes. A middle aged dark haired man stood across the pharmacy and never even acknowledged that someone was ringing the bell. Back to me. Finally an elderly pharmacist passed by and said we'll be here when we can. The younger man walked toward me like he was going to wait on me and stopped at the checkout inside the store. I had to ring the bell 5 times in the 15 - 20 minutes and the elderly gentleman finally waited on me. It was so hot and I am 77 years old and know I could have been waited on in a timely manner. I am so glad I have chosen to change pharmacies!! Never treated this rudely.

I love Kroger because of the longtime pharmacy staff I know , and it's less walking than in HEB or Walmart to get the few things I need. What I don't like about Kroger is the stupid app doesn't work in the store or at home, so I have to go online with my laptop to plan my grocery shopping trip to upload my digital coupons. Why not just give everybody a break and stop with the coupons. It's all a game and I'm tired of reading all the fine prints and catching all the "in one transaction", 32oz. or larger", you have to buy 5 or more. Also, I have remember to bring a jacket in while shopping when it's 95 degrees outside. Do better, Kroger.

Very bad serviceOn 9/2 my baby 3 years old have prescription for antibiotics sent to the Kroger pharmacy same day at 1pm ,At 4:40pm I recived automatic system call from the pharmacy saying they don't have the medication, and they can try to get it ,Or I can go look for any different pharmacy that has amoxicillin 125mg _5ml so we can transfer it , so I went to Walgreens and I asked them if they have the medication and they said they do, and if Kroger can call us we can process the order so I called Kroger again and lady answer phone saying they have to call us , and make me wait for pharmacy doctor VERY RUDE didn't even apologize for not having the medication and not giving me enough time to inform me they don't have the medication ,( it's for baby )End up the conversation he will call the pharmacy with ugly voice ,No mercy , don't even care about it's for baby .Don't recommend it to any one

I want to commend Kroger for continuing to offer great deals and products. In the past month, I have saved over $100.00 using coupons and buying sale items. The meat that is in the reduced section is always still top quality. I receive coupons in the mail which sometimes include free food. I also appreciate their support of many worthy causes in my community. I used to shop at another large grocery chain, but they don't compare to the savings that I receive at Kroger. The fuel points are also a big help to my fixed income budget. Thank you Kroger!

I just wanted to thank Kim, Erica and Karen for their outstanding customer service. They went out of their way to help us and that meant a lot. Even though they were packed right before Mother's Day and didn't have time to make personal floral arrangements, Karen did not hesitate to put something beautiful together for us. I am so grateful. Every time we have come in needing something done, Karen always has a smile and is ready to help. So thank you Karen, Kim and Erica for making our day perfect. You ladies are amazing!

CALLING OUT KROGERS (3245 FM 518) Manager JESUS! A white customer comes in to a black cashier trying to pay with a check and no ID. The cashier consults with a fellow cashier on the policy which is no purchase without a check and ID. The white customer tells the black cashier, "I have seen it done a thousand times before. Yes you can!" The cashier again affirms a ID with picture is required. He then tells the cashier, "We at a stand-off." The cashier calls the manager who does not address how he wrongfully treated the black cashier but does allow this white man to white privilege the Kroger policy. Calling all black folks with checks, take them to this Kroger's because an ID is not required apparently! Kroger

I go to this Pharmacy for more than 10 years. They changed staff. I went today to pick up prescriptions and I noticed the medicine was not the right one. It was the one previously prescribed by my doctor but because I do not like a powder form to mix on something, this was changed to a pill form. So I went inside the store to return the medicine (has not left the place) . The person that handed me the medicine via their window is the same Tech that receives my return. Her name is Dorthea. I have a bad experience with this person every time I picked up my medicine as she frowns a lot to me , I noticed....but has a wide smile to her other customer and I dont know why and it does not bother me not until today. When she gave me the paper to sign I signed and she gave me again the whole papers stapled together and she slammed it to the counter in front of me. So I asked her "is this the way you hand receipts? She mumbled. Now the Pharmacist Raymond in a distant told me out in the blue " I told you it was $134 dollars yesterday". I did not even know how much I was paying until he blurted. I just told him , I dont like powder form , I like pills instead and I thought my MD sent another prescription as I called them yesterday. They refunded the money. When I got home I kept thinking about the situation. These people thought I have to return the medicine because of the price. I should have slap them with my $1,500.00 yearly Flexible Spending Account from my contribution for any medical/surgical related expenses. I dont care how much, I have insurance and on top of that I have the FSA that I put money for this expenses. I feel like I was humiliated! So I will stop going to this place. I love Cathy the other Tech and Shawn the other Pharmacist... I will miss them but I do not want to be treated this way again. Kroger in 8323 Broadway Pearland is the one I am reviewing.
