My first time with H&R and it was a mistake ! No questions like donations / itemized expenses to help me get the max and the worst thing was the fee for doing my tax which she tells me at the end 275 when I normally pay 150 for the last 6 years . Teh site says 89 plus .. plus means it can go anywhere I guess
