Came to visit the store this afternoon and the staff was so rude. I was patiently waiting to check out while both cashiers were socializing at the front. The girl with the braids and the bandana in her hair finally acknowledges me and raises her hand and rolls her eyes, as if I was the one taking long to get to the check out line. Then as I was going to leave, she was locking one side of the doors ( I was going to exit from the side she hadn't locked) and she stops me and tells me to go out another way.
Lastly, my brother came to this location today as well on a sperate occasion from me and THE SAME CASHIER, asked him for his H&M rewards, threw his phone back to him.
Hope she learns some customer service skills. If she was having a bad day at work, she did not have to take it out on the consumers of the business.

Cute clothes, but the staff are really unprofessional and rude, which made me really sad. I was paying with gift cards and doing the rest in card, and when I said I had gift cards, the cashier started sighing and grumbling under her breath about how much she hates gift cards and how scratching them off leaves stuff under her nails. She gave me my total by aggressively shoving her screen to the side to show me the total. I didn't say anything and happily paid for my things, but she continued to have an attitude for the entire interaction :(. I tried to say thank you and be nice, but she literally didn't even look at me and I didn't know if I was good to go or if I needed to sign anything. It really wasn't nice and I felt horrible upon leaving the store :( I understand working in retail is hard, I've worked retail before and it does suck, but I've never so overtly shown so much attitude to my customers, even if I was having a bad day. I hope that cashier has a better day and maybe can be kinder to future customers :(

Excellent service, I had a mobile order and had some issues but the employees were quick to figure it out, they were so patient & even gave me a discount on my purchase due to the situation. I didn’t get their names but they were awesome.

Very unfriendly staff we met named Jacqueline. Really hope she doesn’t treat everyone the way she did with us. Definitely first time receiving service like this at H&M.

Went in at 7pm, wanted to try some dresses on by 7:30. I was told no due to being low in staff, and they needed to help out cashier. Waited for there to be no more people in line to pay, by 8-8:10 latest and I was told no again due to the time??♀️ . Mind you this was a weekday. I was very disappointed in just the way this lady was speaking to me.

The store was nice and clean. I normally don't buy from H&M due to them being fast fashion. BUT, I saw some linen pants I wanted. I hope they last.

Really awesome. They didn't mind I was a kid, and mad respects to the employee who served me, Maybe a 9/10 for the clothing there because it's awesome, but I feel like there could be more.

They leave SECURITY tags on your clothes after purchase... Now we have to drive over 10 miles back... We will just return the clothes yo help pay for the gas! Thanks a lot...

bought couple of clothes, and hand it to me just the clothes with receipt, without bag ?, and told me I have to pay the bag... WHATTT, so what if I have 10 items, it will look like I am stealing my purchases from the store ?♀️?♀️, not cool...
