I was with Heritage bank now it’s Thirdcoast. I haven’t had any issues. I don’t use their service frequently but I have access to online banking, when I want personal cheques I go to the branch and request a few. The tellers have been polite/professional. 4 stars because I have to drive 25mins on a good day. So prehaps they can look into more locations.

Great Staff! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE online banking!!!! I Get locked out of my account constantly, the system wont allow you to generate a new password which forces you to call the bank to reset....and now... not open on a Saturday. You will be a slave to their hours and frustrated with their process. Also, forget about emergencies especially on a Friday. Do yourself a favor and find another bank.

This is a poorly ran bank. They took months to give us new debit cards after numerous contacts. I get card issuer rejections when I have money in the bank. I do not use credit cards. I have a debit card and cash but never have access to the money that I have in the bank. The customer service is terrible. We tried to support small local banks but this is not the one. We will be closing our account.

Bad Experience here. They once told my grandpa (who's 89 years old and used to be president of a local bank in his small town) that they couldn't break his $20 Bill, so that he could use it on the Tollway. They said "You had to be a member to use our services".

Wow! The one-star review seems to not like the way interest works. I have made a killing off of using Heritage's easy manner of doing business to borrow from them in the 4's and then net 12% plus returns. This is how you use a solid business bank like Heritage to make money. They are friendly and easy to do business with. Areas I have worked with them on are: business lines of credit fixed business loans investment property loans safe deposit box savings checking and money market (both business and personal.) If I try really hard to think of a single misstep they have made the best I can come up with is that a few years back they took about 4 minutes to do a deposit that should have been done in under 3 and 1/2. 5 stars in my book.

If you just need a place to cash your deposits then this is the place for you. Small so everyone will know you. But for any and everything else, including loans, morgtages and any other types of financial contracts, this is by far the worst bank to have. Their main goal is to see you for close and even if you make every payment on time they will find a way to still forclose on you. I had a loan that I paid in which the interest accumulated was over 60 percent the value of the principle. To put this simply, if you bought a candy bar for 1 dollar, this bank thinks it would be appropriate to charge you a total of 1.65 for it. Looking into bigger numbers, To be able to pay 100k on a loan you would have to accumulate a total of 165,000$ for the loan. This means that the $65,000 would go to the bank. It's absolutely ridiculous and down right illegal. I will never step foot in this bank again and I hope that if you read this review you will find a better bank to work with
