Horrible pharmacy wouldn't fill my RX. The 2 pharmacy's I'm with has been out and my DOCTOR said call around. I did and heb pharmacy refuses to fill even though they have it in stock. Been having to go without for 5 days

The pharmacy staff is awesome. They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very helpful. They'll even check for discount cards if you ask. Great job ?

Why are the techs at this pharmacy consistently in a fowl mood???
I literally NEVER met them in my life and they behave like I have no right to pick up my meds and interrupt them ….
Work with public requires a degree of pleasantness…. Politeness. Hello sir. Ty sir. Ty for choosing H-E-B….. None of that….??????

I wanted to give a positive review because I had to return a medication that was basically double sent by my doctor. The pharmacy really wasn't at fault but after some discussion they agreed to return it for me. They didn't have to but the pharmacist was understanding of my situation and went out of her way to provide a refund. I hope she sees this, thank you again ma'am.

Zero starts. It takes 3 days to do a prescription and the staff is rude and condescending. THE WORST PHARMACY EVER HANDS DOWN.

Their phones are so ghetto. When you call normal business hours, their phone directs you to a recording saying “you have reached a phone number where the mailbox hasn’t been set up yet”. And when it does work, nobody answers the phone. Horrible !!

Always always a problem here. They can never find my prescriptions even though the app says it’s ready. It’s like they have a bunch of dumb kids working here that can’t find your medication. So aggravating. They need to seriously get new employees that know how to look up a profile correctly and who can find medication.And then if you call they just place you on hold and don’t even say anything to you.
