Great prices. I didn't enjoy the customer experience. JONATHAN S. didn't speak when I approached the counter to make my request nor did he say thank you when I paid for the gas. Today is 4th of July 2022. Is America moving forward or backwards with their color microaggressions.

Had not visited this store in a good while. Was surprised at how unkept and dirty the store was. And merchandise shelves in disarray. Plenty of grocery checkers working. Little to no wait time, which is good. However received no greeting from the checker, I said hello to the checker and sacker twice with no response. As I left the register area I said y’all have a good day and the sacker responded.

Do not recommend due to increased prices and safety of the customers. Anyone should expect to be robbed in the broad daylight at 10 am in your Business Center Drive Pearland location .like it happened to me today . Your huge unsecured parking lot is an perfect environment for criminals to sit and look for victims reloading their groceries and then while putting shopping cart steal their belongings. Where is your security???

I like H-E-B itself, but why is it so dirty outside? I went this morning before 9 am and the parking lot was littered with trash. I saw a guy collecting carts, but no one was out sweeping the parking lot or picking up all the plastic bags and food debris. There are always birds everywhere due to the nastiness of the parking lot. I don’t see this at Kroger, Randall’s or the Walmart Grocery store. What gives?

It is very dirty and I don’t understand why their staffs can’t see the trash everywhere. Nobody bothered to clean up the outside where the carts are kept and the car park is littered with garbage. The manager must be sleeping in his office.

Staff not wearing masks and allowing customers without masks in to the store too. They obviously don't care about the health of customers, just their money.
