I called before I drove up from Galveston. I was told they were not busy and to come in. It's been over 2 hours and they still are not done. Not only are the not done, my car is not even in the garage.

Took car in for a maintenance check and state inspection. Waited an hour and a half for an overpriced estimate and the state inspection was forgotten. Staff is unreliable. Would not recommend to take vehicle here.

Goodyear was a life saver. My husband noticed that I had a screw in one of my tires Saturday night. I called Goodyear Sunday morning. They repaired my tire in less than 15 minutes, and I was able to make it to church.

I went in to get my tire checked because it kept losing pressure. We went in and they took our car back to check it, they let us know we had a small, patchable hole and told us they were going to work on the patching. Afterwards, when we went to pay, they told us not to worry about it. The service was quick and efficient, the job was done well and my tire pressure was filled and in good shape, and the workers were just flat out kind. Great place there!!!

I bough new 4 Fortera GoodYear Tires & the air pressure goes down every other day.
I went to their GoodYear owned outlet at 3209 to ask them to checkout the tires since they’re under warranty.
The Person at the counter of 3209 Kirby Drive, Pearland-Texas first
said
1.Go to the dealer where you bought it from
2. Then when I said no, he said leave the car, we’ll call you back , then when I asked for appointment
3.He said I have you down for Tuesday afternoon - no email/message confirmation he’s ready to give .
Please provide suitable customer level resolution .

Brought my 2010 Mazda 3 in last Friday with a couple issues. The service manager wanted to claim there was no rattling from the front or back which is what the car was taken in for. He insisted there was no noise and no issues even after he was informed that there was. I called and let them know there were still issues after they charged me over $200 to look at it and ignore the issues it was taken in for. Will never be back

I always get my vehicle serviced at Goodyear on Kirby Dr in Pearland, TX. The store manager and service Manager are always so awesome and honest about anything about my vehicle. I had a screw in my tire and I needed to purchase a new tire. It took about 40mins for me to get to the store from my job and Goodyear stayed pass closing time to make sure I could get a tire. As a woman, i love the customer service, professionalism and honesty the staff provide.

Went on Sunday to repair a flat tire. They did it pretty fast! And did not charge for the work. And truly honest by saying it could be repaired without pushing me to buy a new one.
I will be back for any other issues with my SUV! Staff is great!

My wife had a screw in her tire and her alignment was a bit off. I came in, expecting to be told how everything was falling apart and I needed to fix everything (based on previous experiences with a different Goodyear location).
I could not have been more wrong. Jose was extremely helpful, noted a patch on the tire would be fine and that the alignment was a bit out, but nothing to worry about.
I spent waaaay less than I had planned and was very satisfied with the service. I'll be back.
