Disappointing. They appear to be doing well over charging #20 and $30 for used clothing. 4 brand new 75 inch TVs on the walls to promote " donating your unused items". They have taken greed to the next level. You can purchase new items at retailers ( with better service and environment) for much less.

Love donating here the new worker She is amazing I think her name was Olivia , every time I come she always has a big smile on her face she rushes out to help , I even stood there for 20 mins having a conversation with her !! SHE NEEDS A PROMOTIONS BECAUSE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE AMAZING!! BEST PLACE TO DONATE

I am appalled at the treatment I received today, 7/2/23 at about 2:58 pm, at this Goodwill location. I have dropped off donations here before, and today I had two boxes of very nice condition kitchen items. It is 100 degrees outside, and knowing that the people that work here make slave wages, I wanted to help by bringing the boxes from my car to the curb, and figured once I closed my trunk, I would bring them right in. As I closed my trunk, a man (pictured below) came out with a cart. I went to pick up the box and place it on his cart, and he says to me “I sure hope you weren’t planning on just leaving them on the curb”. I looked at him and said “Now why would you assume that? I was closing my car trunk.” I grabbed my boxes and told him I would not e giving him my donations and that he was incredibly rude and nasty. He said “Sorry I assumed”. I told him that his nasty attitude just lost me as a customer or donation-giver for life.I will NEVER be back to this establishment and will advise everyone in the neighborhood of the same. Perhaps if you paid the people here properly, trained them and taught them to not have a nasty attitude, or entire organization wouldn’t have such a terrible name. I will be donating to more worthy organizations now!

The person that works here on 11/13 has a severe attitude, and I mean severe. The person seemed like they didn’t wanna be at work was extremely rude, and seemed to be angry that we dropped off bags of donations. Didn’t offer to help or offer a receipt. Even told us if we had any more donations that we’d have to drop them off at the store 6 miles down the road. Even the way this person answers the phone is rude. Seriously…you applied to work at a good will store knowing the duties that are assigned with the job. I’m saying this with all due respect..if you don’t like the job…quit. Don’t show up to the job and take it out on the public.

You can pretty much find a donation center anywhere in the Houston area, but this one is on my side of 288 near by neighborhood, which means I won't have donations in my trunk for weeks forgetting to drop them off! I actually placed my donations in my trunk thinking I would drop them off to another no profit organization besides Goodwill because over the years I've heard stories that Goodwill is no longer pricing items to help customers, but the other place I was thinking about--I didn't know if they were accepting donations this particular day. On my way home, I so happened to go to CVS that is near this Goodwill and saw they were open. It was really cold this day, so I was still going to keep the donations in my car, but upon leaving CVS, I just thought it was ridiculous to keep that stuff in my trunk when the donation center was right there, so I stopped. Really quick drop off was greeted and assisted with my donations and even asked if I wanted a donation receipt. Although I declined, it was nice to extended the choice. Remember this is a donation center, so only donations come here, but it's nice to clean out my garage and make room in my house and bless somebody else with things that no longer serve me purpose.

11/27 There is no service in this location, the person in charge was in his car, saw me carrying the bags and without intention of helping, when I finished loading the last of 6 bags, and asked for a receipt, he told me the machine wasn't working, and went back to his car. No the service that I was used to with the person before, super kind and always with good attitude.

I love this location... Its over on Broadway and Kingsley in the CVS shopping center.. The cool thing about this location is that there isn't a lot of traffic. And the Staff is always on point in getting your stuff out of the car. And they're extremely enthusiastic. I've visited this location 4 times in the past 5 months. Its close.. The parking lot isnt super cluttered.. And it's not on the busy end of FM 518. Although I have visited the other location on 518. My experience here has been much better because it was easier to get to.
