terrible worker. very disrespectful and rude tried to kick us out when we just got there and said common sense isn’t that common. Customer service in general sucked.

No one welcomed us in or even acknowledged us till my husband asked a question. The two employees were busy talking to each other about nothing. The store was entirely empty with a full staff. My husband tried to speak with them about games since it is GameStop and the two associates brushed him off like oh wow yea I’m not sure and rushed back to speak to each other loudly. Another male associate came and acted irritated by the question and then interrupted and started to ask his own question about nothing to the coworkers. We left without making a purchase. Since GameStop is so busy and focused on small talk with their coworkers they surely don’t need the money from their customers right?!?!

I hadn't visited a Gamestop in awhile before today and I was very disappointed with my visit today. I was just stopping in to get one game that I wanted and waited for a very long time while the cashier was with the one person in line before me. He wasn't doing anything particularly difficult but the wait took forever with the one employee in the store. When I did finally get to the front of the line, the employee who helped me was simply not pleasant. My receipt says his name was Bryan. He gave off the impression that he would prefer that there would be no customers in the store that he would have to help. Although this location would be very convenient for me, I won't be returning to this particular location.

Went today to get some pokemon cards and the limited edition promo. Alex was working the counter and stated that he could only give out the promos with the purchase of set 151 specific product of which he didn't have. Mean while he gave 6 promos to his friend who was buying a single box of pimemon cards ahead of us when we entered the store. Just another example of the staff and Alex specifically directing promo cards outside the intended purpose. For every single release in the last 4 years they have done promos that require a single purchase of $15 or more of ANY pokemon tcg or IP product. Training your staff and stop letting them side hustle the hobby

I went in today to return a game that I had a warranty on when I was told by the cashier who said his name was Adriel that the manager Chris is no longer allowing returns for original cost of games even if you have a warranty, they are only allowing replacement of the games for the same title as per policy when I originally purchased these games with the warranties, there was no such policy. I was informed that I could return the games for the full value but since then there has been a change in policy and now they’re saying that they will no longer honor the previous policy , I am poorly disappointed with this location and will not be returning. I advise anybody looking for customer service to look elsewhere.

BEWARE...they will accuse you of trying to scam them when making a return. The big guy with a lisp (he wouldn't give me his name) basically told me that the Meta Quest 2 that I was returning was not what I had bought from them. He said the headset looked old and used. Also the serial number from the outer box was different from the headset. A simple search online lets you know that there are 4 different serial numbers. And the one on the box isn't supposed to match the headset or controllers (which also have a unique serial numbers). Long story short, do not buy anything, especially a big purchase from them, they don't stand behind their products AND they will accuse you of being scammer.

I love this place ?. The products are so good and last for so long. I love purchasing fnaf plushes. But just recently have they let me down by not having the fnaf core collection for the switch????. I gad to go to Missouri city just to get it. An overall spectacular experience and I hope more people buy from this store.

This people don’t like to help the customers also they hide games to sell it out side the store, don’t like to help people , they send the regular costumers to town center location, and always is a funny bussines with them

Chris is extremely rude. While talking to me about a trade in, he kept giving me his back and rolling his eyes while not giving direct professional answers. Such as mmhmm, extend yeeaaahhs and absolute disrespect as if the customer is below him.
