I went in for a simple oil change on a 2021 TRD Pro Tundra. This was my 2nd visit for the same purpose. I checked the level the first time because I brought extra oil and nothing was returned to me. Sure enough, it was almost an inch over the full line. The second time, I was approached by the receptionist stating that they were going to have to charge me for an extra 30 minutes of labor because the entire skid plate had to be removed. I’ve had the dealer change the oil, I’ve changed the oil, and even they have changed the oil, and not once has the skid plate been removed. Having done it myself, I was shocked. They asked if I would like to go to the shop so they could show me. Two “mechanics” already had the skid plate on the ground. I proceeded to show them the very obvious door in the skid plate where the filter could be accessed to which one of them asked condescendingly “then how do you get the oil out”. I showed them that the drain plug was easily accessible beside the skid plate and reiterated that it had not been off in the 30,000 mile life of the truck. A sliver of common sense would tell anyone that a door to change the filter would not have to placed in the skid plate if you just had to remove the whole thing to drain the oil anyway. I was not charged for the additional labor, but 6 days later I noticed a pool of oil on the ground where I park my truck. It was almost midnight, but I decided to check under the truck to see if anything was obviously wrong. There was oil all over the skid place and control arms and I could see drops consistently coming from the plug. I decided not grab a wrench and attempt to tighten until I could further inspect it in the daylight. When I attempted to tighten the drain plug I was shocked to see that it was barely finger tight. It has drained roughly 2 quarts of oil in 6 days. Needless to say I will not be returning and could not possibly recommend this place to anyone after experiencing 3 mistakes in 2 simple oil changes. If you do make the mistake of going here, check their work.

I came in with a relatively simple issue, I had a broken wheel stud. I was quoted $150 +$120 per hour it would take to resolve.I was able to replace the part for only $70 and it took me, a novice, about 4 hours to fully replace all 5 studs and the brake drum.This place is a scam and I would not recommend going here unless you have money to blow. Just do it yourself or find a more honest business.

My brakes were making a grinding noise so I brought it in for an inspection. They informed me that I needed new rotors and pads all the way around. I told them that, that couldn’t be true cause I replaced all rotors and pads 5 months prior, but they assured me that they were all bad and need to be replaced. I ended up hiring a mobile mechanic and he informed me that all my brakes were good and that the pads weren’t even at half their life. He also said that he could tell that they never took off the back wheel to actually inspect the brakes. The problem was simply that I was missing a caliper bracket bolt, causing it to shift and grind. Would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars more if I didn’t get it double checked.

I broke my wife’s 2020 AMG C63S Mercedes shifter over Christmas. Mercedes didn’t have time to fix and the cost was outrageous. I called Galaxy and they ordered the parts and repaired everything within a few days. They were very professional and pricing was very reasonable. I will be a Lifetime Customer and Highly Recommend using them.

Very friendly and helpful staff, brought my car for a suspension issue and the front desk was straightforward, helped me in understanding what was going on with my car and gave me multiple options with different solutions instead of picking the highest price. Came here for a maintenance check and to replace the pads and rotors on my brakes. Giavanni (the owner) and his employees treated me with great care. I just wanted to do a shout out to galaxy. I was absolutely one of the worst customers and with that being said I was wrong for all the skepticism I had for their business. Everything they told me was correct and they were honest with me. They went above and beyond for me.
