I bought a 10 oz Prime Filet on a very lucky discount in the meat section while doing some grocery shopping last night. I took it home and cooked it with some oil, butter and just 3 spices. It came out amazing, very delicious and really tender. I have to give credit to HEB and Whole Foods for some great grocery store meats. I also love how they sell all the Rao's pasta sauces and the only kind I use at home, along with Carbone brand once in awhile too. The service is usually great here too.

i was kinda underwhelmed with this store. i was expecting more for it being an H‑E‑B plus. the variety is still pretty standard. there needs to be more local/organic foods.

We really like this HEB. The deli counter is great, and the tortillas are awesome. They're always really well-stocked, and the employees here are very nice. We use the curbside option a lot, and the reason I can't give 5 stars is that they forget to include stuff often! 2/3 times, they miss something and we end up having to email HEB to have them refund us. Then, we end up needing to go in person to pick it up ourselves anyway. Other than that, we love this HEB!

Not sure why such low ratings for this store but it's great! Organized, has plenty of items available, staff friendly. Overall wish I had one nearby where I live.

HEB cakes have always matched my expectations , and this one exceeded all. The richest cake i have ever tasted, it had hazelnut, chocolate glaze, chocolate mousse and some crunchy part which I am not sure what it was but tasted so good... This supposedly was specifically ordered for Valentines day and came all the way from Italy ( and here I thought everything HEB was locally sourced). It came with a name as complicated as the cake itself, chk pic ... Limited quantity, so do try when u see one

This H‑E‑B is terrible. Every shopping experience I've had here, I've regretted. The store it's self is very unorganized and usually a mess. The meat section typically smells like it's all gone bad or they are spilling liquid from the packages and not cleaning it up. I've ordered curbside and vowed never again because I had many of my items missing. In addition to that, ordering from the app is usually very difficult because they never have anything in stock. This past weekend I placed a delivery order from what I thought would be coming from the H‑E‑B on pearland parkway, but because of my location the order was changed to this location ( I didn't know until after the fact). I was missing 5 items from my order. I ordered frozen garlic bread and it was delivered with the package opened. I ordered a pack of (2) salmon burgers and the pack came with only (1). I called and requested my missing items and well as replacement of my incorrect items. The garlic bread was delivered two more times ALREADY OPEN, again. I was told I would be refunded for the bread as well as the delivery fee. I have yet to see my refund. Not sure why their curbside service is so terrible, but I will continue to avoid this location.

Had to pick up some last minute items for Christmas Day and was surprised to find that it wasn't very crowded. Of course the shelves needed to be stocked but that was understandable. They were actually stocking as needed during the day. I was looking for a bottle wine that was sold out and someone in that department told me to come back around in a few minutes because they were about to restock the shelves. The produce and seafood departments are usually pretty busy so I was prepared for that. The wait in the checkout line wasn't very long. Yay!

I have been using curbside for a few years now however I'm going to stop using it. Every week there are two to four items missing on my order. Four items were missing this past Wednesday and I have yet to receive an email for my credit!

Crowded, unfriendly, and cashiers totally ignore you when you ask a question. Dead flowers everywhere. I was also solicited to buy gospel music in the freezer section by a Black man. On a separate occasion a Hispanic man rammed by basket intentionally. Worst experience ever makes me want to carry a weapon or call the police.This location is closer to my home but I would rather drive elsewhere than to be treated like this. Tried online shopping but there's a minimum you have to spend and they don't post the sales .They need new management and better security. Pearland ought to be ashamed.

I went to HEB #063, Pearland, August 18, 2022, time 10;30 pm. My name is Diane Lewis, 832-453-9500. My girlfriend took me to HEB because my car is n the shop. The manager name was Jasmine. Ms. Jasmine told my girlfriend she had to leave because they was closed. My girlfriend was waiting on me to help me with the grocery. So when I went to check out no one was at cash register. They told me I had check my grocery myself. Ms. Jasmine and two cashers was taking in front of the store, I asked them to help me self check out and they told me no. I didn't know how to use it. It would say call manager for help. I had a heart transplant and I told them please help me and they said NO. They was just looking at me. I didn't get out of store until 11:44 pm because they wouldn't help and told my girlfriend to leave out of store. I spend $132.44. I been going to HEB in Pearland for many, many years and always spend hundred of dollars on grocery. When you love your job you will always smile and help the Customers. Please look at the camera to see how I asked them to help me. Some man can to casher and they bag his grocery and told Jasmine to help me. She stood beside me but wouldn't put any thing in the bag. My feeling was hurt. My email is

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered a cake august 1 through home delivery. Cake came infested with ants. New cake reissued but now I'm being ate up by ants. Store wants to give me a $50 gift card to make me go away. Store manager ISSAC pretty much told me take it or leave it. Nothing is up for negotiation as far as and exterminator or products. I'm a huge H-E-B fan. I visit this location at least twice a week. I like how quickly the self checkout moves. This location is always clean and stocked on the inside. At least during the week. I have gone in on a Sunday, and parking was a nightmare. But other than that I love this location. So the other HEB I used to go to by my old place had a parking garage. This one is just a parking lot. Which is fine. They also have a gas station as well at this location. Inside there are mini stores, like a nail salon and a place to get your eyebrows threaded. The pharmacy is pretty good as well. They have a drive thru, so you don't have to go in to pick up prescriptions. I am a huge fan of HEB pharmacies. This location also has plants out front for purchase which is nice. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Pearland area.

HEB still ranks High with me, just remember each experience is just that! This location is always an awesome market to shop for a wide range and variety of groceries, amongst other things barbecue grills, toys and limited clothing items, wine selections and more. So, this location comes highly recommended. However, on my last shopping visit this weekend the 2 checking me out did need to take that HEB care with the bagging. Heavier items where placed on smaller, more weak and fragile ones. Of course, I tried to mitigate some of this moving a 1 or 2 bags to the top of the cart, however, the pineapples did spill (leak) out from the container. In short each bag should be treated with concern for whats in it. Most importantly, if you need food they have it. I do appreciate how they have and are constantly working to improve my favorite section, yes the were you find the most delicious delights for a vegan eater. I would have added pics, but honestly I just had one of those rare "Aint Nobody Got Time For This Moments". Thank you! Until next time, Bye-Bye!
