I had to leave a stylist I love due to a new work schedule not lining up with that stylist's available days. I checked quotes on my color service with a couple of boutique salons in Pearland and they were out of my price range. I took a chance and scheduled a consultation with Bonnie at First Impression; her prices are comparable to my former stylist and the salon hours are a better fit with my work schedule. She is very open to suggestions and will not try to push products or services on you. I've had two color appointments with Bonnie so far and have been happy with my results.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do whatever here just don’t get the permanent hair straightening treatment. Broke so much of my hair off especially in the back and some in front. I’m so ashamed of going out in public because of this place. The worst thing is that they didn’t even tell me my hair broke off and I found out because I went to another salon and they asked if I had alopecia (bald spot). But after they realized it’s hair broken off from bad straightening techniques. Lady who did my hair also applied straightening chemicals for virgin hair not color-treated hair, which was so bad. Never coming back again.

incompetent workers. my gf went here to get her hair done and they completely messed it up. they left a bald spot in her hair bc they do not know what they are doing. be careful because they do not know how to use the chemicals correctly. the worst part is that they didn’t even let her know ab it and she had to find out in public that she had a bald spot. horrible service.

My son can’t sit still. He’s hyperactive. They were so calm and tolerant of him! And he got the best hair cut he’s ever gotten at the best price I’ve ever paid. So glad I found this place! The whole family will be going here from now on.
