Katiyah was so rude, she made my experience very unpleasant. I went in for a simple return. I had to walk up to her at the cash register and say can I make a return please as she was just standing there scrolling on Instagram. She did not pay any attention and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing in front of her. She seemed to have no social skills and considering she works for customer service she really should have some.

Store was fine, but could’ve been a little better with service.. Don’t have something shipped to your house. The USPS situation with thedistribution center has my shoes in limbo since over a week already. Initially it was supposed to arrive in three days.

Terribly managed. Unfortunately a group of children with no work experience managing themselves. They will not approach when needing a size for shoes, clothes, etc. you will have to approach them if you want anything done. They’re just sitting around lazy talking to each other. Company needs new management asap. I did not buy because of that reason

So most of the employees are just walking around not helping and if they are they have an attitude I get it it's work but at least do your job,but this worker was actually helping me and my son out he was kind working but why hire a DJ when you can hire better employees

Worst experience ever! Employees standing around in groups talking on a Saturday. Employees AVOID customers! When it's time to pay employees are talking and talking to each other at the register. No real customer service.

I visited this location with my family last weekend, and the lady in the front register had an attitude. Some items weren't placed in the correct spot.

I was in the store with my 3 month old baby and the manager started SCREAMING and YELLING right there in front of me!! How upsetting she was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Went in today to purchase the retro 3s. I understand that there are rules first come first serve at 5pm, reservations, and those who win the raffle. However, I watched who I believe was the store manager (she appeared to be in charge) Sell 4 pairs of retro 3s in the back corner before 5pm, to someone who did not have a reservation, and I am sure he didn't win a raffle for 4 pairs.

They tried to tell me u had to reserve a shoe to buy…. these are shoes not hotels this place is a scam just go to a champs and save your time.

This Store steals from Hard working customer’s …. And then the Customer service department is not helpful at all I will never shop at Finish line or JD SPORTS again and will now be calling the police to report THEFT And will call all news outlets in Houston to report them.

They said that my card did not process and that a transaction was not complete but the transaction was completed not pending but posted and the refuse to give me anything….
