They make you pay for printing the label even though the company you are returning the items to already paid for the label. All other fedex offices i been to have never done such thing.

Do not FedEx return your AT&T internet box here. Counter personal said only certain things they are able to FedEx. Even though the return info from AT&T clearly states return at any FedEx Office.
