If you have valuable artwork to be somewhere for appraisal by a certain time they do not have art boxes at this location. You can not get art packaged in Pearland TX by FedEx. FedEx just burned me by their desire to save a penny for whatever reason. If you can't get your art packaged in a fancy Houston suburb how can you get it packaged anywhere. They just left me with a bad taste I will avoid FedEx at all cost any and every chance I get. Hard to put a tag on how much they just cost me. Disgusting.

Ms. Janelle has been my go to for shipping for several months. She handles all of my shipping needs without any issues, other fedex facilities have given me problems or made it difficult to ship. Would definitely recommend to others.

Ms. Janelle helped me with shipping a package for my dad’s company. It was quick and easy, and service was great! The FedEx office within Wal-Mart has everything you need to pack, print, and ship your things.

Janelle and Arron truly exemplify what customer service should be. The best thing is the ability to send all the information online to the store and have it ready when it says it is going to be done. We do all of our business at this location and have not been disappointed with the work or the promised time. Thank you Janelle and Arron for making our experience's pleasant.

Can’t believe they changed out almost all of the registers to self checkout. Less cashiers to save money yet prices not going down? Terrible customer service.

Actually this is with reference in general to the fedex system I do not recommend it it is terrible they do not update the tracking they lie about what they report in their reports because they do not do their work they do not deliver on time my package is two days shipping today is the 4th day and it will not arrive until tomorrow that if they do not lie in the report and say that a bad hurricane hit, do not use this service check the comenta and the calcification before

I had about 120 lb of big, clunky industrial metal parts to ship in two separate shipments. I pushed them in to the store in a Walmart shopping cart, looking like the world's luckiest tweaker, and I was greeted by Janelle and Aaron, who were extremely friendly and had everything sorted, squared away and began packaging them for me within just a few minutes.I have to say, having the location inside of Walmart is very helpful, not just because I can grab a few things while I'm there, but also because there's already a shopping cart in the parking lot push my stuff into the store with. I don't have to go get a cart and come back out.On my way out I said, hold on, let me get this straight, I came in here with a 120 lb problem in two parts, and 5 minutes later I'm walking out the door and I left the problem with you and that's it?Janelle said, that's the way it's supposed to work!Maybe so, but quite often it doesn't. Seems like with these nice people it does. I will definitely make it a point to use this location for all my future shipments in the area.Thank you Janelle and Aaron with two a's!

Janelle, Trey and Aaron are the best!! Efficient, Friendly and Professional. If you have printing needs, go see them in Walmart near Dixie Fm Rd and 518 in Pearland.
