This is a family owned business that I have been going to since they opened. I picked them because they were close to my house, but kept coming back for the price and the service. Sonja has been the manager for years and does a great job learning the customers' names from the start. I have personally seen her interact with walk-in customers, or drive-up, and the quickness and accuracy is the same every time. We are building our retirement home in Galveston County, so it would be a drive to continue doing business with them, so I hope I can find a cleaners that does business just like they do!

I don’t recommend this cleaning service. Poor service to the point of being rude. I practically had to convince the clerk that I need to pick up my clothes and during the whole interaction, the clerk was on a personal call. I’m done.

Shop name express but they don’t work on Friday meaning they take your cloth but I was told that they don’t clean on Friday so my drop on Friday = drop on Monday.

I would not recommend this establishment for alterations. They will give you a pick up date and not abide by that date. The staff readily admits the employee responsible for alterations is unreliable yet they have not remedied that in their business model.

Very nice cleaners loyal my husband forgot 1500 dollars in his pocket took it to the cleaners we called the next day and they returned his money that was enough for me to forever do business with them .Service: Organic dry cleaning

I have used this cleaners for many years and up until recently customer service was "acceptable". However, this year I have gotten nothing but ATTITUDE with this one particular woman (that's always there). I will not patronize this business again.

I dropped my pants off to get hemmed. When I went to pick them up, I paid for the service, but they said they couldn't find them. They said they would check with the seamstress and through the books to track it and try to find it. After numerous calls, 4 weeks, and lots of patience, they finally called me back and said they found my pants. I hesitated trying to get my money back because they were a brand new pair or $80 tactical pants. When I went to pick them up, they stated they had accidentally given the pants to another customer along with the customer's clothes and only knew about it when the customer came back to drop other clothes off, bringing my pants with them. I was not offered my money back and now I can't trust them with any other piece of garment, especially when I need it for work and it's expensive to buy. I will no longer use their services and I hope it serves them as a lesson to check the products thoroughly before giving them to their customers.Service: Alterations
