My experience was okay. My nails did come out slightly uneven and the amount of time took longer than usual.

BEWARE! Had my lashes for less than two weeks and 75% of my lashes had fallen out, taking MY lashes with them!!! I am shocked. I'm a cancer survivor and the last thing I want to see is bald spots on my lashes. I'm mortified. I called the owner Cathy, I wanted all the lashes taken off immediately before they all came out. She told me my lashes were probably "shedding". Wait only on one side??? She refused to remove these lashes free of charge and when I said I would just go somewhere else she said fine. Not much business savvy, the customer is always right. Bad move.

This place is horrible. AVOID IT ALL COSTS AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY. I went here about four months ago. I've been meaning to get around to writing a review. The owners Mom did my nails and pedicure. She did a horrible job on my nails. They were flat and unevenly shaped. They also broke the same day I got them done... I told her I didn't want dip and wanted her to do powder, but she said they didn't offer that service. She also painted them with regular nail polish after and didn't even put an even coat of nail polish on them. I would think these are simple things for a nail tech to know how to do.... She did them so badly that I went to get them redone the next day. Also, the owner was rushing us out of their because she had a party to go to and asked us to pay before her Mom was done doing my nails. Meaning I tipped them before I got to see the finished product. Furthermore, I asked them to wax my eyebrows and she took off a huge patch of my eyebrow which months later still hasn't fully grown back. My eyebrows look horrible now. Save yourself the frustration and money. If you're in a hurry to close your business don't open it to begin with that day. We were the ONLY people in there on a Saturday afternoon. We should have known that was a bad sign.

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. The lady doing my pedicure started off fine. She was very nice at first but pays very little attention to detail and left my toe nails looking chunky and un even she. I sat for a few mins waiting for them to dry and she told me I was good to go.. I then got in my car to leave and smeared them because they were still wet.. I went back to have her fix them and she tried to just cover the scratch with more polish which made it look worse. I had to ask her twice to repolish them, then she preceded to tell me that they look like that because my toe nails are shaped that way. I am beyond furious...I will never come back here again and waste my money. 40$ down the drain because now I have to have a whole new pedicure done somewhere else

I wanted to post this to let everyone know that the salon is now owned by Cathy Morris. The same prices are available and we have a great certified Lash Stylist, Dee who will take care of all your lash needs. We still offer nail and waxing services. Please stop by to say hi, enjoy one of our services and have a glass of champagne.

My best advice to anyone is to never book an event here. Lisa the owner and I made an agreement Via text message that involved me giving her $330 worth of services to cover 10 pedicures ($25 each) and two jelli pedis ($40 each) a week before the date I went to the hospital threatening a possible emergency surgery, so I instantly text lisa to inform her of this to let her know that I may have to move the date due to me being in this condition. After leaving the hospital and not having surgery, I then texted lisa and informed her that I wouldn't be moving the date and she responded saying that she had already booked a client for that time. Now this was fine with me, I had no problem. I was just expecting my $330 back that she specifically told me was suppose to go towards services for my party. Instead lisa took things into her own hands and decided to say her I'm going to keep $100 of her money, even though we never agreed on it. Her reason for taking it was to compensate herself for losing clients yet she's booking clients? Mind you, the party was scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30. In text messages prior to this she told me about a reservation fee that would be used to compensate her employees for their labor but never about a "none refundable cancellation fee": lisa is a very rude person and she tries to make people think you're crazy and a monster when you're not. I went into Lisa's salon to get the remainder of money she was going to give back. Instead of her stepping to the side, she starts to discuss the situation Infront of her clients and get them involved to play victim. Lisa also requested that I give her back the receipt she gave me for the $330 payment (which btw has nothing on it that says none refundable or that there's a cancellation fee) I responded and told her no because I needed it for my documentation. I told her that should could write a receipt saying she refunded me the remainder ($230) and I will sign. When lisa gives me the paper, she wrote on the front that she refunded me $230. BUT!!! I flipped the paper over because I could see writing on the back, she wrote "refunded $330" with an arrow pointing to the other side. This right here alone shows that lisa knows for a fact that she was wrong about the situation and trying to cover her own tail. After noticing I signed and told lisa I was going to take a photo of the paper and when she reached to pick it up, I snatched it from her. She tried to make customers think that I hit her and basically getting them involved again asking if they would witness to the police. My mom got angry because she was standing right beside me so she seen exactly what happen, unlike those clients sitting a mile away "witnessing". After this was done I left the salon. Lisa is a scammer and she will be stopped. You do not do people like that, atleast inform your customers of what you will do prior to them giving you their hard earned money. It's not the money that's bothering me it's the principal, you don't just take people's money and laugh about it like its a joke and make racial slurs to put them down. If you would have informed me of the cancellation fee, I would have never text you and informed you of cancellation until I was for sure. So if you're going to tell the people, tell them right and don't try to make yourself victim

Horrible experience... Highly unprofessional and RACIST. Will never recommend this mediocre salon. My friend got a fungus and needed surgery.

Best nail salon I've been to, super cute and chic! They are very clean and meticulous with your nails. I live in the Heights, so it's a far drive but I refuse to go anywhere else. Tan and Lisa are the sweetest!
