Came in for a chip repair for $60. The owner of the shop did the work. He lean over my hood and fender without putting down anything to protect the paint (no scratches thankfully). The main issue is that they got the chip filling epoxy on my windshield arm cap and now I have to pay $15 for that part that they ruined. $75 headache. I wouldn't recommend.

Had chip in my windshield repaired. I had to had wash what I hope is only grease smudged over the hood of my clean truck. Very disrespectful !!!! and now I have to worry about what else did that do when they had my truck back there. STAY AWAY from this back alley slop shop.

Where do I start? So many issues with this place and the owner. First let me say, do not accept any verbal quotes from him!! Always get it in writing because he will back track, flip flop and swear he didn't give that price. He's even given a written quote and didn't honor his quote and it had his signature on it. Next, the owner will straight face lie to you about when your vehicle will be ready. He gives you a pick up date, you show up and there's always an excuse why the vehicle isn't ready and half the time he doesn't remember why the vehicle is even there, WTF?? It appears when you are paying cash/credit and it's not an insurance job, your vehicle is put on the back burner and just sits there and collects dust. You call and check and the response is oh yes it's just about done, give us 2 more days. 2 more days come and go and no hear from them. You show up the 3rd day and oh there's an excuse. Next thing you know another 2 weeks has passed and your vehicle still isn't ready. When you do get your vehicle back, there's tons of problems that you are afraid to mention because that means they'll keep your vehicle for another week to 3 weeks (this has happened) I kid you not. Initially they make you feel like a valued customer, after that, you obviously know you are getting the run around and they are pissing in your face and trying to tell you it's rain. The owner is arrogant, belligerent, quick tempered, forgetful and possibly has Dementia. My one regret in life is ever taking my vehicle to them.

Do not take your car here if you want honest work, I had a rock chip repair simple - took along time, charged me, I walked out looked at the repair - repair was good but now i have a long scratch due to the drill bit breaking. Did they bother to tell me? NO - I walked back in, complained - they did give me my money back after a few minutes BUT he should have said something! I should have know better than to go here. After dealing with the Texas freeze of 2021 all I needed to deal with in addition to busted pipes was a broken windshield. My rear windshield hinges were snapped in two, now I know that having a 2002 GMC that things are getting old and will be needing replacement. Thats when Mr. Oscar comes into play. Shopping around dealing with people who didn't know about the lift gate on my GMC I didn't feel comfortable with the quotes. I called Drive Safe Auto Glass and Oscar knew exactly what the issue was without even seeing it and the quote was almost too good to be true. I took my vehicle to him before noon and it was done a few hours later. Oscar did a professional job and wasted no time on getting me back on the road. A lady hit my car and she didn't want to be responsible for the accident; so I took the car with Mr Vaquero and he was very understanding and gave me an affordable quote, but fortunately the other parties' insurance accepted the claim and handled the appraisal for the repairs of the damages, the other party didn't take responsibility for one small dent on the rocker panel but the shop still fixed it for me, Mr.Vaquero stands by his work and will always provide quality results. The insurance estimated the repair would take 7 days but Mr.Vaquero's shop had the car ready in 4 days.My car looks great, even if the paint was old , they matched it exactly... no signs of the accident left Thanks so much !!One more time this shop did not disappoint, I'm a happy and grateful customer.And believe me this is a honest paint and collision repair shop.

I went to get my car fixed after it was hit and I went back 3 times and had to take it back because they didn't fix the problem. After they fixed my bumper they messed up the inside of my car so I had to go somewhere else and pay more money because they messed up the inside of my car while trying to fix the outside. I had to take it back 3 times after they claimed it was fixed and took it down the street each time and I had lights come on and issues within 1 minutes of driving off the lot. The guy is nice but I don't recommend because they don't know what they are doing interior wise and will mess it up which ends up costing more to be fixed somewhere else after not being told that the wrong parts were put on the car. If you can't do interior work on the car that's totally fine just tell me so I can go somewhere that won't mess up my car. I tried to be optimistic and positive but after coming back 3 times and still not having the issue fixed is frustrating after being lied to and told over and over the issues are fixed while they were not.

Oscar and his people were great! I had my car broken in last Saturday at Pearland LA Fitness Parking lot (in mid-afternoon under bright sunlight!!!). Both passenger side windows were broken. I tried with Safelite but no appointments available within 10 days. Oscar was so helpful and willing when I called him. He and his people did it the same day with great convenience and quality. I highly recommend this place. I know I will be going to them for my future car repairs.Service: Auto side window replacement

Had back glass done by this shop last year (still under warranty from the shop), has issues with the regulator going bad. Was told yesterday to come back this morning at 8am so that they could repair the regulator. After getting there, I was told by the owner that they would not be doing the repair at all. No explanation even after explaining that I was told to come back today. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I will be pursuing legal action against this business for the way I was treated this morning as well as my warranty given by the shop NOT being honored.
