Discount tire is awesome but this location is very negligent, for both of my cars they lost one of the valves in each car, and when I went for a rotation we discovered that my wheel locks were never returned, so don't make my mistake, check before you leave for wheel locks and tire valves, anything that you think they may forget to put back on the car, please check

Mr. Jose, was very helpful. I was waiting in line and Jose, came over and asked how could he help my family and I. I needed a tire and he told me the price and how long it would take. However Jose, was like Flash almost! We were in and out in no time. We will definitely come back...Great service, attitude was great... store was clean and they had phone sockets and water for the wait. This is the best Discount Tire store I've been to. I live on the N.W. side but I'm going to make it my business to get an extra tire from the Pearland location off Broadway, so I won't have to use a donut tire in the future!

Mr. Doubles was amazing today. He took time to help me get my spare stored correctly. He noticed that it had been stored upside down and the hoisting plate was resting on the spokes instead of a flat surface.
He corrected all of it. We both were on the ground working it out. 😀
I'm thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Happy Mother's day to his mother and mother-in-low.

I usually always have a great experience here even when they’re crazy busy, but this morning @10a I went for a tire check and the guy was very rude and un knowledgeable with a simple question regarding my low tire or maybe he just wasn’t in the mood to answer my question! Regardless of being in a frustrated mood customer service should still be a priority.

Alex did a phenomenal job locating the tire, cross shopping different companies, and providing excellent customer service from beginning to end. I wish I could say the same for the techs. I nearly crashed into someone's car when the tech parked it in front of the store, because he did not use an indicator to show he was parking he just stopped and got out of the car. Leavong me to maneuver around him the tight parking lot.
Then after received my car from another tech, he informed me my car was ready and the spare had been put back, only for me to find out once I got home the spare was in the trunk and not it's holding space. Then there was grease all over my wheel from them putting the tire on. You would think after spending over $600 on a tire and certificates they would not leave such a sloppy mess in your car. My visit was today 4/28/2025. Discount has really fallen off since I was in high school, even with my starter car they took better care of me. Alex gets these 3 stars, but the techs cost your company 2.

Great customer service!!!!!! I had a flat tire and arrived to their store around 5:45pm, 15mins before closing. Chris Kelso was very considerate that I have a vehicle through Element car services. After about a 30min back and forth between Element and discount tire Chris and his coworker Caide stayed after hours to help change my tires once they received approval through Element car services. Awesome team! And good people!!!

I came here around 9am on 4/21/25 because I needed to get my tire replaced. I was waiting in line for almost 25 minutes before anybody helped me. A member name Alejandro ( wearing black pants , shoes and a jacket) decided he thought it was okay to assist a customer ( who were wearing blue shorts and a grey adidas hat) who came in AFTER me and started to help her out. Then another member name Douglas and the dude beside him ( he white with blonde hair ) decided it was okay to walk around or assist other customers that was AFTER me once again. Finally another member ( I didn't get his name but if you look up my ticket I'm pretty sure it's on there ) decided he was going to help me. I would rather drive 30 to 45 minutes away to go to another discount tire before I even come back to this disrespectful establishment. Better yet if I never had warranty with them regarding my tires I would've went somewhere else and wouldn't deal with them AT ALL. I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody ( especially if you a person of color ) to come to this place. I asked for my tire to be replaced and they refuse to replace. I spoke to the manager name will and instead of making it right he decided to give me a million of excuses on why his member did what he did. I asked for corporate number and he refuse to give it to me. So once again I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY / STORE TO ANYBODY !

I have used Discount Tire service and purchased my tires from them for the last 5 years.
They always have good service and Alex assisted me today and he was no different. Even though they are always busy, he helped in a very friendly and genuine way. Alex, thank you for great customer service, which unfortunately, is no longer standard today.

I went there a few weeks ago. I asked the young man for a tire exactly like the others. He and I walked inside the building, he quoted $281, in stock. I did not have that much on that day. I came back today. I asked for the same tire 🛞 as is on my vehicle 🚗. I was told they don’t carry Firestone tires 🛞 and it isn’t a drive flat. I was quoted $133, and advised I need all my tires 🛞 replaced.
He literally said, “I got bad 🗞️, u need like 3 tires replaced”
I was like ‘I have worse news 🗞️ replacements 1☝️”
I’m going to Firestone to replace “all” my tires . . Because I could have bought multiple tires 🛞 the first time I came.
Also the first time I went there. The young man put my flat tire 🛞 on top of my trunk space. I had to ask him to put it where spare/flat tires 🛞 are placed. He begrudgingly obliged as he looked at his dirty hands 🤚. Tires 🛞 are dirty. I thought 💭 doesn’t he know that?
I also noticed a very weird vibe, until they ran the credit card.
I will not be back, also I know they didn’t balance my tires 🛞
It has to be drive flat tires 🛞 cuz that tire had 3 nails in it since the day I bought it
When I drive it airs the tire back up.

Cameron was beyond helpful! He helped me get the right sized tires on my leveled truck! He answered all my questions clearly and was patient with me through the process! Love the tires and look we put together! Also the mobile install team made install a breeze!
