This location went above and beyond for my wife and I. We had gone to a local garage tire shop and realized they had snapped all the studs of our wheel hub. Discount tire was able to valet us to another location to help with brakes, and they did it with a smile. Thank you so much to everyone!

I had new tires and sensors installed today on my 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS, and I had to make a comment on my experience. The team had mounted and balanced my tires, in which there were no complaints. However, it took over an 1hr for the team to figure out why my car wasn't relearning the new sensors. I do appreciate how diligent and responsive the team was about troubleshooting the issue, but I didn't appreciate a few of the gentlemen revving my car and burning my gas when trying to find a solution to the issue. After given a few solutions to aid in fixing the issue, which was questionable given how easy of a fix this is, I felt there recommendations were wrong. I decided to go to my residence and use a TMPS relearn tool I bought for my vehicle to relearn the new sensors. To my surprise, it worked in less than 5 minutes from going around the vehicle. Please take what the team says here with a grain of salt!

Fast and friendly staff. They had the tires that I wanted in stock. On time on when they would finish.
2/12/24 -Chad handled my appointment and Yokohama tire install on my Honda Fit. He was friendly, professional and helpful. He has excellent customer service.
6/13/24 -Chad helped me with my purchase of Michelin tires for my Chevy Express 2500. He provided the same excellent customer service. I will reach out to him again when I need tires and wheels for my Chevy 3500.

Not a great experience, felt pressured to buy new tires when all I wanted was a balance/rotation. Tires were still within servicing abilities. Spoke with Store manager, Josh, he was respectful and apologized for experience.

a huge thank you to Cameron (hope I spelled it right) who I spoke on the phone with for recommending me cheaper and better quality tires than my original plan! I needed them the next day since I was on my spare and when I went in store, Alex attended me and calmed my anxiety about buying new tires and was very reassuring!!! thank you to both for a great experience. I will definitely return for any maintenance needed on my vehicle!

Always keep losing the wheel nut caps of the car. Although they are quick, the quality of workmanship is uncertain.

They were awesome. There was a storm ahead of us and I didn’t even know but they actually fixed my tire for my truck as it had a nail before they started to close due to the storm. Good hospitality. That would make me want to make them my tire store. Thanks team!

The service here is always great, I’m usually in and out within a hour no matter how busy it is. I’ve worked with Josh a few times who is always pleasant and I had the pleasure of working with Chad today who went above and beyond with assisting me.

Excellent customer service! Husband ordered the tires 1 day before and the following day I was barely parking and Kevin was already at my vehicle door taking my vehicle in to replace all my tires. I was out of there in less than 30 min. Kevin was very helpful and went over and beyond in his excellent customer service! Thank you for such a nice experience
