Been buying tires here for over 25 years. Usually they do a good job. Not this time. Tires were mounted improperly, without regard for manufacturer's markings. Balance weights came off left front tire in less than 10 miles. Now I have a 2 hrs wait for this to be corrected. Tire guy claims nobody told them about yellow and red dots. Or at least he doesn't know. What waste of their time and mine.

Totally professional! Courteous! Told me what and when and how!!! No beating around the bush today, answered all questions!! No pressure! Just what I wanted, within OEM limits of course, my safety as well as others on the road , especially about the upcoming weather changes, telling me what is best and why it is so! Awesome! Recommend this place anytime for all!

Absolute life savers! When I made the appointment online, it didn't give me the option for the day I needed. I called the store, and Tyler not only changed my appointment date but was super friendly and professional. Once at the store, the gentleman who gave me an update about my car was also super friendly. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL!

Great customer service, even 4 months later: I called to ask if they still had on file a receipt from a long-ago purchase so I could use it in an insurance claim. They looked it up based on my phone number, confirmed my i.d. and emailed it to me all in under 1 minute.

I went here a week previous to this appointment as a walk in and had a great experience. I was in and out despite there being busy. This week, I took my mom's SUV to get tire rotation. I had an appointment at 1215. 1230 came around, I didn't get called yet so I asked a person at the front desk. He said a few more minutes. 1245 came and still waiting. I finally told one of the employees to get me my keys because I had to leave around 1257. And a gentleman came to take the SUV to the shop. I had to refuse and get my keys from him because we had another appointment we had to head to. It makes no sense to make an appointment and wait almost 45 minutes to get service. I drove passed 2 other Discount Tires because I had positive experience with this place previously and this time, I just wasted a trip. I hope they improve their service.

Great customer service from Michael! Called to check if they had a tire for my vehicle and he immediately pulled it up, was able to tell me exactly what I needed, give me a price and said they’ll see me when I get there. Thanks Michael!

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire since 2003. I've purchased tires elsewhere, and it always was a mistake. No one (imo) can consistently, across all locations, have the high quality level of customer service and product offerings as Discount Tire. I took both my vehicles there today for tires, tpm sensors on one and balance & rotate on the other. I was in and out in an hour and 10. The biggest benefit is that I don't have to worry about getting a flat, nail in a tire, etc., and being out of luck. They stand behind their tires and service and they always honor their guarantees. I am not affiliated with or related to this company or any of its employees.

Such wonderful and fast service. I try to avoid coming on my own as a woman with no car/tire knowledge, but I was on my own this time and Marcus took such great care of me and made sure I made the most informed and safest decisions regarding my tires. I felt very comfortable and he was very patient, helpful, and kind!
