Do you people every quit bitching?! this is one of the easiest, most convenient, nicest and cleanest stores I have ever stepped into. Walgreens is always chaotic with a line as big as Texas. This is convenient for those who live at the far west end of Pearland. Very helpful people, very nice friendly staff. Everyone quit getting but hurt!

In search of a particular ADHD medication for my child, I was informed by my local CVS that this location had the medication in stock. After multiple hours of calling/leaving messages to speak with a pharmacy staff member confirming availability, having a new Rx sent here by my provider and making plans to drive more than an hour to obtain it, I was informed by txt message that the medication had to be “ordered.” Apparently, the staff member didn’t check the expiration date nor was aware that classified medications can’t be transferred between CVS pharmacy locations. A waste of hours of time due to a lack of staff competency.

I was so relieved and happy that the (12806 Broadway St.) location was opened at 10:50PM. The following locations will lock the doors 10-20 mins before closing. CVS closes at 11PM and I’m HIGHLY upset when the other locations close early and I make a blank trip. Please check on this matter. However, Brandon was so kind and made sure he didn’t close up early. Very appreciative of him!
The following stores close before 11PM
11600 Shadow Creek Pkwy.
9522 Broadway St.

I’m a Door Dasher who was following the return protocol in the app to return DayQuil which required an id to return the medicine by law. The store staff failed to comply with the Door Dash/CVS partner agreement and the law. Spoke with 2 in-store managers to resolve the issue who were not cooperative and spoke with a 3rd manager via phone to resolve the issue. The 3rd manager was unprofessional and insulted my character as I simply followed the correct protocol steps prompted by the Door Dash app. Apparently CVS needs to review their partner protocol so that other Door Dashers do not have to encounter the same issue. This is an escalated problem that needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

A "2 day or more" wait time for out an out of stock medication is ridiculous! And thats 2 "business days"! Especially when EVERY other pharmacy in the the neighborhood has the medication available. Walgreens from here on out! I am livid ?

I typically use the pharmacy. This visit I had to return a non pharmacy product I had a reaction to. The cashier and manager were very helpful.

This is for CVS Pharmacy/ pharmacist at the pharmacy...the middle eastern/ possibly Indian looking lady with the white lab coat. I had my doctor send a prescription here not knowing the pharmacy is no longer covered under my new benefit plan effective 01.01.24. I went to the pick up counter and a VERY NICE and helpful black lady assisted me and advised me to contact my pharmacy provider to find out where the prescription should be sent for it to be covered. I left the store and went home to make the calls. I found out Walgreens is in network so I called Walgreens. I asked about how to get prescriptions transferred to them. The young lady at Walgreens asked that I contact CVS, give them Walgreens number and they will provide CVS with the info needed to transfer the prescription. I promptly ended the call and phoned CVS... this is where things get very ugly. The lady who answered the phone (I'm assuming it was the middle eastern/Indian looking young lady that was there while I was being serviced, sounded like her. Idk if she was the pharmacist or not) was not helpful or understanding at all. After asking me to repeat my request, she told me I needed to call Walgreens back and let them know that's not how transfers work (?). That I needed to have them call CVS. Mind you I had been holding seemingly forever to get through to each of them on my previous calls. I again explained to her that I had just spoken to someone at Walgreens pharmacy and that I was not about to call back and say "Hey, you were wrong, you have to call them". I asked her why she couldn't just provide excellent service today and contact them to help me get my prescription. She refused! I told her I didn't think that I should have to be responsible for getting the pharmacies to communicate. That I was the customer and she was the professional. I suppose she became irritated by this comment because she told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. Whoever that lady was, she was being a real witch today... and I wouldn't have another prescription filled by her if my life depended on it. I am so glad I won't have to deal with her again. She is rude AF and customer service skills are seriously lacking for her to be an educated professional.

Brandon is very friendly and has excellent customer service inside the store. We always drive a little further to come to this store. I always find it during the afternoon shift in case you want to go at that time.

Pharmacy has horrible customer services. You WILL get hung up on if you try to call and speak to pharmacy. Pharmacy staff does not follow up and call your doctor like they are supposed to unless you call and keep pestering them. They tell you they will call you cal with updates but they never do. All of these have happened to me multiple times. Do not use this location if at all possible.

I have been on medication for a couple of years now for ADHD. It's a controlled substance, so I have to jump through a lot of hoops to stay on it, but I do because it keeps me employed and married and parenting as well as I can. I routinely fill the prescription 3 days or less before it runs out. (Not 4, not 5--controlled substance, remember?) This gives me the flexibility to pick it up on a day when I have time to do so and still stay on my meds as my doctor intends, and as my health needs dictate. A little before 4PM tonight, for no reason he would explain, the pharmacist stone-cold looked at me and told me he WOULD NOT fill my prescription. When I objected that I only have two days' supply left, he countered that I could come back in two days when I was out and he might fill it then. I asked how I can stay on my meds if I can't get the prescription filled until I'm completely out, and he said, and I quote, "That's all I'm going to say." He didn't apologize, he didn't quote a policy, he just refused me the meds.
