I wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO STARS! These are the rudest pharmacists I have ever seen in my life. I literally get the same exact prescription every single and every time they have an issue running the prescription saying my insurance “doesn’t cover” it when my insurance DOES cover it. They just always run the prescription incorrectly and then get an attitude when I tell them they’re running it wrong. They are also rude on the phone and you stay on hold for FOREVER! They pick up the phone and put you on hold continuously without getting a word in. These people are horrible.

They have no physicians formula make up at this store location like what? And they have a pooor and out dated selection of perfume. And a door greeter apparently harassing students.

Concerns with your pharmacy services. Yesterday, I was informed that my prescription was at a different location after the 2nd call. I was advised to contact my doctor for a new prescription. After doing so, I called your pharmacy again today, but was told there was no record of my prescription being filled. I went on to say I was informed my prescription was called in on yesterday.Additionally, now I was instructed to cancel the original prescription at the other location which I should've initially been told. Instead I was being given information in pieces. I finally asked for the pharmacist. However, during this process, I encountered a lack of clear communication and professionalism. The pharmacist was eating, or chewing gum during our conversation, which I found quite impolite and distracting.I understand that everyone has busy days, but I believe that patient care should always be handled with a certain level of courtesy and attentiveness. CVS should ensure a smoother and more respectful service in the future.

Whoever closed your store on 11/16/2023 closed it a whole 20 minutes early and had multiple customers at the door waiting to make purchases

I have been sitting here since 7:02 waiting an hour in the drive thru for them to open at 8:00. It's 8:15 and counting. They haven't opened the window, answered the pharmacy, nor the store phone. Apparently, they have no regards for the health and well beings of their customers. You are in the business of assisting a physician with the care of their patients. And this is the service you provide? I'm ill and need my medication. I'm reporting them to my insurance company and to their corporate office. I drove around and people, including kids are standing outside of the doors. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here to buy aspirin. This is ridiculous. It's 8:20 and I'm leaving. I'm transferring my prescriptions to HEB! I just spoke to an employee. She said the manager is on the way to unlock the doors. At least she apologized.

Worst customer service. There can be 5 employees standing around and not acknowledge or assist you. After 5 minutes of waiting if you ask for assistance they will tell you that you have to wait because they are busy (doing nothing). Should have checked their reviews before waisting my time.

this pharmacy as went to crap! just out of oral surgery i tell a employee nana Susan I'll wait for my medication, she laughs. I wait anyways because I just got out of surgery. I was in so much pain. I decide to go wait in my car but confirm my number is on the text alert, they confirm. After waiting for an hour I decide to go home because I'm just that much pain, mouth is bleeding because I'm sure my blood pressure is really pumping at this point. four hours later, I checked the app my prescriptions are ready, but got no text. I called and the same lady Susan tells me I need to add my credit card before I can have them delivered. at this point, I'm disgusted so I asked to speak to the pharmacist. Hider who tells me they can't be delivered because it's past 6 PM. UNACCEPTABLE and all he can say to me as her grade his employees are.

I should have known to look at the reviews regarding the Rxs because I was flat out told my vaccinations were not covered and indeed they were. Go to another CVS if you want better service.

They told me my prescription was ready, and then had me waste my time to drive up there to discover that not only was it not ready, that the Rx had expired because they took so long to fill it. Now, I am out of medication for the first time in about 10 years.They need to keep their patrons informed if they have filled a prescription that is about to expire. I would have been there in 10 minutes had I known.

Fine. The store employees are cordial and assist you upon request. However the people in the Pharmacy act like they don’t work at the CVS unless you have a prescription otherwise they quickly refer you to the CVS cashier at the front of the store. The Pharmacy staff treat you like they don’t have time for you. They are so quick to tell you they don’t know any answers to any questions that aren’t related to a prescription; not even about products located in the pharmacy shelves. They are too quick to say you need to ask someone on the floor. They are no help at all!!!!

Why is the pharmacist rude? I called to confirm my Rx and before I could say that, the person on the phone cut me off to ask me questions. Okay...I obliged. I suggested that she could be a bit nicer and she hung up in my face. I guess I should've waited until I had my Rx, because after reading some of these reviews I feel like I will need to check my prescription to ensure I'm not slipped a pill that I'm allergic to. This is ridiculous.

This CVS is the best store in my area, it’s always nice and clean and very organized, yellow tags are always on time. Every employee is very professional and polite starting with the Manager Cody, she is a great leader always working hard and of course her employees follow her.Today I was having trouble with my transaction and Kasey was very kind and patient, she remained calmed and didn’t give up until she resolved the issue. I could stay here talking about this store and it’s employees Robert us also an excellent employee, Kim is as well.
