This is the worse pharmacy you could EVER patronize. The service here is deplorable. The staff is not properly trained which results in multiple visits. The wait at this pharmacy is never under 45 minutes to an hour. They often send your prescriptions back, fail to properly apply insurance or cannot properly look up prescriptions in the CVS system. No matter what time of day you come you have to set aside hours just to pick up a prescription which leads to you delaying pick up and them putting the prescription back. It’s a vicious cycle and so inconvenient. I am switching pharmacies as soon as possible. If your medication is vital to your health I would not recommend utilizing this pharmacy.

There is a reason this store has such awful reviews. I received damaged items from a pickup order and they refused a refund when they are the ones who damaged the item in the bag. Pics of the unopened drink show what I am taking about. The bag is paper and you cannot see what is in it. Whoever packed this either doesn’t know what quality control is or just doesn’t care. Or both. The rude young man refused me to give me his name although he claimed to be the manager and gave me a fake number to corporate when I asked for it. He actually gave me the CVS employee hotline (so cheeky ?) Luckily I easily found the correct one on Google. The people at this location clearly hate their jobs and the people who shop there. Every time I come here it’s always something, but this was the last straw for me.

I love this CVS but omg, the drive through is soooooo sloooow. A turtle cold go faster then this. 3 cars in line and here now over 30 minutes in line and not even close to the windows yet. Come on CVS you can do way better then this.

Most likely the worst CVS I have ever visited. Their pharmacy simply refuses to improve their processes. Techs will take upwards of 5+mins to answer the drive-thru window, then when they do offer little to no help. Having issues getting a med and will be told a different story each time. Have a med that is out of stock....they don't care. They refuse to provide you with any updates, offer to transfer to a pharmacy where it is in stock, or simply check to see if it ish I'm stock anywhere. Avoid at all costs! Walgreens is just down the street and has much better customer service.

I like this CVS, because it's one of the few 24 hour CVS stores in the area. I couldn't sleep so I got up and bought some melatonin in the middle of the night. I like the self-checkout, and I like that I couldn't pick up my prescriptions whenever. I prefer this CVS

One my way home stopped by to see if my meds were ready. I went up to the register answered the normal couple of questions and then she goes off on me for apparently being a customer that walked in at the wrong time.

This review is for the middle eastern guy with glasses at pharmacy. I went to get a vaccine.. and this guy does NOT have a good hand. Nearly a week later and I have a lump under my skin where he injected the vaccine and a bruise. He also does not have a good bedside manner. Negative stars if I could. I would highly recommend getting vaccines at the minute clinic and not the pharmacy. Everybody at the minute clinic were professional, I never had any bruising or side effects from vaccines there.

App didn’t work for prescriptions. Also drive thru is incredibly slow. Always wrapped around the busy parking lot. They refuse to use the second lane. Terrible customer service

The Chinese lady with the tattooed eyebrows in pharmacy is extremely rude I would give a zero if I could just because of her smart mouth and nasty attitude

The minute clinic is awful now. What is the purpose of the cna if they cant do anything! Been waiting 30 min for a simple shot! Do not come here what a waste of time and poor providers having to deal with basically no help! Disgusting way to operate
