I called to see if my rx was ready. Was told thru automated system 2 days. I was ill so i called to speak to a person. Put on hold for 20 min. Called again and told rx ready for pick up. CVS needs to do better with communicating. No text or email saying it was ready. People answering phone put you on hold and never return.

I have attempted to get thru to speak to the pharmacy at least 5 times today. Endless hold with incessant Covid information, and never answered. Finally got someone to answer then they hung up.

Need better signs showing where to get medicine if not taking Covid test. I waited an hour in line for my medication.
