Oscar the owner is very nice, no doubt about that but the craftsmanship of the job is very poor. One of my bumper flare needs to be changed and they did not change it with the same material as the original and the glue kept “falling” leaving a gap between the flare and the body of my SUV. He repaired it 3x but it still came off gradually …waste of my time bringing my vehicle for repair. I went to JC auto body repair in Rosharon, they got the part from the dealership and fixed it just like the vehicle just came out of the showroom ! Will never go back to Oscar’s shop though he is nice….

They said my sons car would be ready on a Friday, Friday came and no phone call, so I called close to closing time to allow as much the as possible. I was then told it would be ready by closing time on Saturday. Again, no phone call from them all day. I started called an hour before closing time, and they didn't answer the phone for maybe 30-45 minutes, so I drove up there. The owner(Oscar), said "oh its ready, let's go see it." To my surprise, the car was still partially taken apart(tail lights still on the ground, and some other car parts not on the car. I started walking around the car to check out the paint, it looked like someone poured paint on it and left big, long, thick drips, on the parts they painted. I told him about it and he said it looked fine to him. Then, I notice the paint on the hood and driver fender(DAMAGE WAS ON pass side)had been sanded away, and these two parts weren't even part of the crash, so I ask "what happened here?", he said, "oh I knew you would see that and ask about that(as he laughed). I was like "of course I'd see it, but happened?" At first he claimed the car was already like that, then he said they buffed it and the paint came off. I said "I see, so this needs to be fixed, please". He said I have to charge you, and that's when we started going back and forth and ultimately I had no choice but to say ok, I'll pay for you to paint it. Of course with the other horrible paint job I was still concerned about their ability to paint. Again, the car wasn't ready when promised, no phone calls to say it won't be ready on time, blah blah blah. So when I finally got a time and date for it to be ready, I went back at least 3 times and found more and more things wrong. I had ask him to just stop what they're doing, discount their work so I could take it some where else, but he kept promising me to make it right, but he never did. After giving him($4k) all but $300 left to pay, he became very ugly and aggressive, knowing we still weren't happy and we would be leaving the car in their care again and again to fix issues(one of the times going to pick it up, the door wouldn't close properly, the front bumper was just dangling on and no lining under the front fenders, more scratches in the paint and on the new mirror, the list goes on). After the last time before picking the car up today, the owner was very ugly, saying he did me a favor because the car was totalled, mean while he agreed with me that the car wasn't totaled in our opinion. I told him that with everything we've gone through and all of the inconvenience, he would discount the price and I'd still take it as is, well again, that didn't go over well, he would continue to raise his voice at me and just be very angry and rude and said twice, "I'll fix the car and you don't have to pay the last $300!". Today when I went to pick the car up(it was supposed to be ready yesterday), the tail lights still didn't work, there were still scratches on the front bumper, lots of rough spots where they buffed it I assume, the mirror was still scratched up, all 4 floor mats were missing, the list goes on(I swear!). I was about to drive off and he grabbed the door before I closed it and said, "we need to square up!". I started to say"you said you would fix it and i didn't hate to pay anything more" and he cut me off and said I didn't say that", him and I went back and forth(he kept cutting me off saying that he didn't say that, and my husband said, just take the car home and I'll pay him. I was already planning on paying him the last $300, until I saw that the car was still in bad shape.I left and wanted to speak my peace, so I called and Oscar answered the phone, as I tried to speak, he just yelled at me and hung up. I called back a 3rd time, just to let him know I will be writing a review about my experience, he yells at me "write your review, you fu***** bi***

Where do I start? So many issues with this place and the owner. First let me say, do not accept any verbal quotes from him!! Always get it in writing because he will back track, flip flop and swear he didn't give that price. He's even given a written quote and didn't honor his quote and it had his signature on it. Next, the owner will straight face lie to you about when your vehicle will be ready. He gives you a pick up date, you show up and there's always an excuse why the vehicle isn't ready and half the time he doesn't remember why the vehicle is even there, WTF?? It appears when you are paying cash/credit and it's not an insurance job, your vehicle is put on the back burner and just sits there and collects dust. You call and check and the response is oh yes it's just about done, give us 2 more days. 2 more days come and go and no hear from them. You show up the 3rd day and oh there's an excuse. Next thing you know another 2 weeks has passed and your vehicle still isn't ready. When you do get your vehicle back, there's tons of problems that you are afraid to mention because that means they'll keep your vehicle for another week to 3 weeks (this has happened) I kid you not. Initially they make you feel like a valued customer, after that, you obviously know you are getting the run around and they are pissing in your face and trying to tell you it's rain. The owner is arrogant, belligerent, quick tempered, forgetful and possibly has Dementia. My one regret in life is ever taking my vehicle to them.

A lady hit my car and she didn’t want to be responsible for the accident; so I took the car with Mr Vaquerano and he was very understanding and gave me an affordable quote, but fortunately the other parties’ insurance accepted the claim and handled the appraisal for the repairs of the damages, the other party didn’t take responsibility for one small dent on the rocker panel but the shop still fixed it for me, Mr.Vaquerano stands by his work and will always provide quality results. The insurance estimated the repair would take 7 days but Mr.Vaquerano’s shop had the car ready in 4 days.My car looks great, even if the paint was old , they matched it exactly… no signs of the accident leftThanks so much !!One more time this shop did not disappoint, I’m a happy and grateful customer.And believe me this is a honest paint and collision repair shop.

I went to get my car fixed after it was hit and I went back 3 times and had to take it back because they didn't fix the problem. After they fixed my bumper they messed up the inside of my car so I had to go somewhere else and pay more money because they messed up the inside of my car while trying to fix the outside. I had to take it back 3 times after they claimed it was fixed and took it down the street each time and I had lights come on and issues within 1 minutes of driving off the lot. The guy is nice but I don't recommend because they don't know what they are doing interior wise and will mess it up which ends up costing more to be fixed somewhere else after not being told that the wrong parts were put on the car. If you can't do interior work on the car that's totally fine just tell me so I can go somewhere that won't mess up my car. I tried to be optimistic and positive but after coming back 3 times and still not having the issue fixed is frustrating after being lied to and told over and over the issues are fixed while they were not.

I rate 1 star because there has no 0 star here, I stopped my car 4days for fixing bumper, when I start engine I found it hard to start, at the beginning I didn’t think too much, but after one week, I found I cannot start engine, I opened the front hood but I found my battery has been exchanged, this is the reason why I cannot start the engine. They are so bad.

I can only say Custom Auto II is THE place you will go if your car needs some love, they are fast and fair price, and most of all professional. Attached is a before and after pics of my car. They really nailed it. I brought it to the shop the other day and they had it ready the next morning, all the parts are painted and dry and match my existing paint. Great work, thank you Custom Auto III really appreciate it.

My car side mirror needed a bit of TLC, so I called Oscar to see if he was available. He was able to fix my car within 30 minutes and it was a painless process. Definitely recommend coming here for any collision needs. He's a friendly dude and takes cash app if you have it!

I had a glove compartment that wouldn’t stay closed. I had been to multiple other shops to fix it with no luck. Custom Auto asked me to come in so they could assess the situation. After hearing about my multiple failed attempts to repair it, they fixed it at no additional cost to me, it took them less than 15mins! They were knowledgeable and professional! Superb service!

Had the windshield replaced in my 2017 Mazda 6. The service was s**** No one answered the phone and communication was non existent. What was quoted at $350 and one day ended up costing $1100 and took 4 days. Paid got the car and the seats which are white leather are covered in oil glass and debris!. So got home and had to clean the car! Worst service ever!

These guys know how to take care of you. Have taken in two of our trucks to them and hands down they are easy to do business with and make sure we are taken care of. Def would recommend them for your auto needs.
