As I leave the store all I can say is thank you GOD for Jordan and Angelic. They both helped me get my phone working and my apps back when I couldn't remember anything at all. I'm in tears becuz today has truly been a terrible day but trust me when I say that the patience, kindness, and expertise displayed by them both will never ever be forgotten. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!!!!!

Had a bunch of issues with my dad's phone. I called their customer service agents several times and chatted with online support for help, I even went to a different Cricket store to get help and although some people I spoke to were nice they didn't help me completely resolve my issue. I was super frustrated!!!That all changed when I came in and spoke to Jordan, he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Finally I had my issue taken care of thanks to him. I appreciate you very much Jordan!!! Highly recommend coming to this location and talking to him, he knows his stuff.

The new 5g rollout made my Samsung S9+ useless. I went to this Cricket location for help. An employee named Jason was on a mission to help me with my issue. Not only did I receive a free upgrade, he took the initiative to help my other lines of service get upgrades as well. He got his supervisor involved to help get upgrades for phones that didn’t have automatic upgrades. If your phone is not 5G compatible, you can definitely get Awesome service from Jason at this location.

Thought about switching companies yet, after encountering Angel B & De'Ana I am glad I didn't! They were personable, down to earth and patient with all of my questions and needs to sell me the best phone and accessories possible. You guys are awesome! This location is the one to go to.

Went in to activate a new iPad, to add to my plan. Very fast and efficient. The guy was very patient and helpful in getting the iPad setup, configured and working. Knowledgeable staff. Overall, a pleasant experience. There was no wait.

Dont let them do anything they added extra lines and changed my plan which double my bill then played d*** come to find out they get paid per line so instead of adding 1 line to the 4 I had they canceled them all and added 5 new lines so they could get paid a commission
