I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I went to this store 1/4/24 at 9:50am. I walked in and stood there for few minutes because I didn't see anyone. I heard loud music towards the back so I walked over to knock on door and saw a female employee was there putting on her makeup. She told me they were closed and I didn't know because the door was open. She said I had to go back outside and wait 10 minutes which I did. When she opened the door and I came in I tried to explain to her what happened with my phone and wanting to purchase another and transferring my photos. She told me she can't guarantee my photos will be transferred. I told her my photos are always transferred when I switch phones and she told me that every time she helped someone tried to transfer their photos, she couldn't do it, therefore she told me she's not going to guarantee me my photos will be retrieved. I told her I have a Google account and she still wasn't helpful. I felt like she just was irritated and didn't want to be bothered with me. A guy walked in the store who I thought was a customer but it was a friend of hers and she told him to come back later. I felt like she just wanted to rush me. When I saw she clearly was not interested in trying to help me I said to her I was sorry to bother her and I walked out the store. She said okay very quickly, which let me know that's exactly what she wanted me to do in the first place, leave. She was so disrespectful and I've been a customer with cricket for 9 years. I found another cricket store on I 45 where a woman, Kristen, was very patient with me and explain things to me. She was very knowledgeable because she knew exactly the answers to my questions versus the other girl at the other store looking at me like I was crazy, always saying she didn't know what I was talking about. I got a phone that was a reasonable price and my photos and other information was transferred over. I will never go to that store again if that girl is working there. I don't know her name but I'm sure they can find out who was working that day at that time and look at the cameras. I felt like this girl came to work and didn't want to work. It was very inconvenient for me because I live 10 minutes away from the Pearland store and had to drive to another location that's farther from my house. But I will do that since the customer service is much better.

I've been going to this store since 2012 and I've always had great service here but lately my experiences have been bad . None of the phones on display have prices . Some of the employees are clueless in customer service. The overall condition and cleanliness of the store has gone down . I'm sad to say these things because I was always treated well there before

I went to the cricket wireless store yesterday on Broadway in Pearland to switch over and Johnathan helped me out. I was getting the iPhone 11 and had to get all my information from my provider to switch over and he did it for me. He went above and beyond to get me the phone and plan that I wanted for a price I could afford. And there were a couple obstacles that jumped out but Johnathan did more than anyone ever has done to make sure I got what I wanted. This young man is AMAZING at what he does and I’ve already told numerous people about my wonderful experience and can not say enough good things about how happy I am with my service yesterday. My brother in laws came in from out of town and had no cellphones and needed one asap. They hooked both of them up with a phone and a case and ear buds for $280 not a bad deal at all.

Stopped by the store because my parents needed new cellphones due to the upcoming shutdown of the Cricket 3G network. The sales lady Kreshonna was awesome. She was able to get me a very good deal for my parents and made the complete experience a breeze.

The service was goodShe paid my bill she never asked me what service I wanted but that was cool and it was the most I have ever paid it was 70$ lol I’m just saying I normally only pay like 30$ so I don’t know why she charged me so much … probably for some extra stuff I don’t know I have now hahaha… but everything was clean and organized I’ll go to a different store next time …

I went to the store for what I thought was a simple task of adding a line ( which would be my 5th line and the monthly charge should be $125) .. the rep quoted me about $96 to add a line , when I questioned I found that she charged me full month @$55 and an activation fee .. when I challenged her she called her boss and they dropped the “activation” so they charged me $55 and claimed this will cover one month.. 2 days later I get a text that my monthly charge which is due in few days is $162 .When I called customer service I found the store rep put the new line on a different plan then added insurance which I didn’t ask for and was never disclosed to me .Cricket resolved and corrected the Billings there was no need to spend time on the phone if the store rep was competent.
