I guess that I would like them better if I could shop on the weekdays. However, it always seems so crowded and I seldom get gas as I think I would offset any savings with the engine idling in the long lines. I find myself going much less than I once did. I am not a fan of being approached by gutter guard salesmen, cell phone reps, and other salesmen while in the store.

This T-Mobile kiosk located within Costco appears to be involved in fraudulent activities. I recently visited the kiosk to inquire about their services and was persuaded to provide my information as I have nothing to lose. Later, I discovered that they had enrolled me in a mobile phone plan without my explicit consent. Despite assurances from an individual named Michael that the enrollment had been canceled, I later received a bill for $160 from T-Mobile. This is unacceptable Please take action asap

This location has worst tire service. Well Costco is good in products but it’s services are worst whatsoever you name appliances or tires, I used so far. This tire dept don’t respect appointment time. Despite taking advance appointment, it took three hours to replace tires.

We've been members for a short time, but I will say that Costco seems to be better and a little bit less "warehouse" than Sam's Club. The hardest thing is not eating all of the food as you walk around.

The policy for payment is ridiculous. I was with my spouse and scanned my Costco card while my spouse pulled out his debit card to make the purchase. Buddy, Josh took his job to the extreme and did not allow him to while calling his “policy check” person to come over because I said the policy was “stupid” to my spouse. She said WE can make the purchase with a debit card but can’t make the purchase with his credit card and my Costco card. Looks like ol guy there needs to figure out the policy a bit more. In the end I still paid with OUR joint account. Also never had issues before this incident until Josh. But if someone wants to pay for my stuff, let it be!! ?
Another incident:
Put in a catering order for a funeral ahead of time. Came to pick it up day and time input and it was not ready at all. They literally had to look in the box for my paper to see what I ordered. Ridiculous, I had to wait 45 minutes when they said it would take 15 min. They definitely need to improve in the deli department. No one/ Management did not apologize and said, “I hope you’re not late to wherever you need to be. ” yeah, catering for a funeral.

They said invalid membership I got my membership back in march never had an issue. They said I was supposed to get my money back because it cancelled never did . They did not even offer a solution. Left my items and left smh

June 1st. 2024. The lines are going to the back of the store! Both self check out, and the line for a cashier. There are several closed registers. Why? This store has fallen way down the totem pole. Get it together people.
