I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the customer service here. By far, this is one of the best, if not the best, law enforcement store in the Houston area. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely care about getting you what you need. Highly recommend!

Professional and courteous staff. Informative and helpful. Storefront is easily accessible and clean inside too. Spacious parking lot in a strip center.

From the front door to the back of the store the service is top notch. Alan was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and even funny. After all the advice and attention, God willing I will return to make my purchase. I’m glad I made the choice to visit this store!

One of the best law enforcement stores I been too, drove from Spring TX to come here. Alan helped me and went the extra mile to install items on my Duty Vest and to install and test fit other items, and gave great recommendations on placements and products that would help with space and adjustments. The prices were great, customer service was very welcoming, everyone was helpful, I will definitely be recommending my coworkers here and others that need things. I will be back

Always love the great customer service! Owner is always one of the first to greet me and ensures his staff is knowledgeable on everything they sale. In my experience the owner has always gone above and beyond.I had questions about their Byrna products to purchase for my wife for personal defense not only did he spend 30 minutes telling me about the product and going over it in fine detail but we scheduled a Saturday for me to bring my wife so that he could explain the product and even take us to their warehouse in back to let us test it in their training range to ensure it was something she was comfortable with before she got it!
