Needed a jump for my questionably reliable car at 11:10 at night. Within 10 minutes, he was pulling into the parking lot. Got it jumped for a very reasonable price, and I was back on the road at 11:30. Saved me a long night and possibly a tow. Fast, friendly service. Thank you so much!

I called to pull someone to the shoulder, and the gentleman at dispatch was very kind, polite, and resourceful. Though the car started shortly after I made the call and we didn’t ultimately need the pull, I think this gentleman was a cut above in terms of phone customer service, and so I’m delighted to join the plethora of happy reviewers ahead of me!

Best tire service received EVER, and I’ve had some good service. Didn’t have to wait no longer than what he said. He pulled up realized we had a misunderstanding in conversation, but he was decisive and still delivered excellent service, also gave me information to additional services I inquired about. Experienced a flat tire and called around local tow and tire repair companies. Every one was at least 90 minutes out for response time. CJM trucks were also all dispatched but Jovan worked hard to help assist. He showed up within 30 minutes and was able to get our tire off, replaced and back on very timely. Jovan was also very safe in directing traffic away as best as he could as well as setup safety cones around our vehicle. I highly recommend his team for any roadside assistance service. 100% professional and courteous!

Came out this morning and got me taken care of. Checked and changed my battery, checked my starter and alternator as well. Very nice, professional and an overall pleasure to work with. Quick and friendly service. Worth the money & you really cant beat the convenience of having someone who will come to you. Would definitely recommend & use again.
